I went on this tour in April 2026, with my husband for our five year wedding anniversary, and it exceeded all expectations. Prior to the trip the team reached out for me to complete a survey which allowed a curation of wineries that fit our preferences. They sent a draft of the schedule for my review and input, and handled all questions, winery bookings and communication above expectations. On the day of the tour our guide, Judy, picked us up directly from our hotel in downtown Toronto and we completed a tour of the Falls in the morning and wineries in the afternoon, the tour also included a planned lunch within the Niagara on the Lake area. Judy made this day what is was with her knowledge of the area, joyous personality and overall regard for our enjoyment of the day amazing. We were driven back to the hotel with an alternative guide to ensure safety for our primary guide given this was an all day event, which was a great example of the leadership within Wheelz. During the tour at all wineries, we were welcomed with care; showing the positive relationship Wheelz maintains with the wineries in the area. I cannot wait to go back and book an alternative variation of this tour, or another offered by Wheelz.
Wheels could not have been easier to deal with and Bill was our wonderful guide for the day. We took a private tour from Toronto to Niagara. From the falls to Niagara on the lake to wineries he was the consummate host. Took us to some stops he knew we would love!!!!!
This tour was amazing from start to finish!! We had a group of 11 and everyone agreed BEST TOUR EVER!! The tour operator, Steve, was prompt with communication and very patient with our pre-planning questions and scheduling. Our driver and guide, Judy, was beyond amazing. She MADE this tour!! So professional, knowledgeable, kind and watching her navigate the traffic and crowds to get us where we needed to be safely was appreciated. Thank you thank you from ALL of us!
From the moment we booked this day trip everything was customized & perfected for our group. Steve was very attentive and we all had an amazing day. Highly recommend!
We had a great time. all the perks we got. Food was excellent many places to choose from. Pool and Hot Tubs were great. Spacious rooms. Naturally did some gambling and won a little, but had so much fun.We even went to Bingo(not a bingo player) but everyone was so helpful. I hope I get to go again with my friends next year. Staff was friendly and helpfull. We were there for 4 night, I think I gained 4 pounds also but it was worth it.
We booked a custom trip through Steve & he built a trip out that had all the things we wanted to see. Bernie was our guide for the day & he was great with very good knowledge & history of the area. John did great getting us to & from our hotel in downtown Toronto. You can’t go wrong with booking with them.
The team at Wheelz was super professional and knowledgeable. They created an entire day of fun activities that made this one of my best vacations in years
The tour made visiting the Niagara region very enjoyable. We experienced more with tour than we would have been able to do on our own over several days. Steve was so accommodating and knowledgable. We had such an awesome time. The tour allowed us to skip the lines for tickets which is huge during busy summer season. Highly recommend.
