Vani the tour guide is very much knowledgeable and informative of the places we visited. She came earlier than our schedule and fixed our schedule according to our preference. She has a good communication skills. Highly recommended.
Zenii (Robyn) was our private tourguide. She has great energy, she is funny and added so much value by giving us alot of local interessting facts. She wore a red T-shirt and could not be missed through the crowds;) She accomodated us by customizing our trip to the last detail to fit all in and she took full charge so we could relax between locations! We definately recommend her!
Our private tour with Robyn was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Canada! From the moment we met her, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Our tour of Banff’s Best was well worth the money! It was a full day of touring the most iconic spots the Banff and Lake Louise areas have to offer. Taking this tour was a great decision as it allowed us to take in the scenery between locations as well as skip the parking lines and long walks to each destination. Because of this alone, we were able to make stops at 8 breathtaking areas as well as one bonus photo op spot. Our tour guide, Itiel, was very kind, patient, and knowledgable of the area, which made our day much better! We felt safe with his navigation and driving all day! We highly recommend this tour and riding with Itiel!

Our experience was absolutely outstanding! From the very beginning, Robyn, our tour guide, thoughtfully customized our day to match our interests, making every day feel personal and unforgettable. We were taken to some of the most breathtaking and memorable places in and around Banff—many of which we never would have discovered on our own. Beyond the incredible scenery, what truly made this tour special was the wealth of knowledge our guide shared. We learned so much about Canada’s history, wildlife, native trees, plants, and flora, and every stop became an opportunity to better appreciate the beauty of this area. Robyn’s passion, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire trip. We left not only with amazing photos which Robyn took for us, but with a much deeper understanding and appreciation of this incredible part of Canada. We also saw a black bear and a wolf on the ride back to Banff near Easton’s Cave, a thoughtful name given to a previous teen tourist by our guide. Robyn gets to know you and she felt like a member of our family. Shortly before our trip to the Canadian Rockies, I received a text from an alternate tour booking and realized I needed to make a change. I selected Vista Chase and am super happy I did. From the booking process online, to the earlier communication before our tour, all was well. Arun was our tour guide who picked us up in a Mercedes van which worked great over a SUV as we got into all the areas, including Lake Moraine over taking a shuttle into the lake. Arun accommodated a custom schedule for us while being able to complete the entire tour. Overall, the process, tour itself, and Arun were great. Last year we had a private tour of the Grand Canyon in Arizona and our youngest son stated he felt Arun was a better tour guide, we all agreed. You will not be disappointed with the itinerary as the stops were all stunning!
My husband and I decided to take our three adult children and their spouses on a trip to Banff this summer. After spending many hours researching, I was concerned about the logistics involved in seeing the wide range of amazing sites during the busy season, especially with parking and long lines mentioned constantly during my review. To ensure we saw all the major attractions, we decided to hire Vista Chase for a private, all-day tour on the second day of our trip. Although we initially hesitated due to the cost versus driving ourselves, hiring Vista Chase eliminated stress and allowed us to fully enjoy Banff’s wonders. The day turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Our itinerary included Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Peyto Lake, Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake, Johnston Canyon, Mt. Norquay Lookout, Bow Falls, and Surprise Corner. Kiernan contacted me the evening before to review the itinerary and see if we wanted any changes. He arrived outside our Airbnb early the next morning, introduced themselves to everyone, offered drinks, and checked again for modifications. After mentioning our semi-private tour the following day to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, Kiernan suggested spending less time at these spots so we could add a visit to Takakkaw Falls, which was spectacular after several days of rain. Kiernan created lasting memories for our family. He was polite, engaged, knowledgeable, and tuned into the various personalities and hiking capabilities of our group—ranging in age from 26 to 77 years. Kiernan would drop us off at each entrance, hike with us, and share the history and items of interest at each site. He seemed to know exactly when to engage and when to let the group absorb the surroundings quietly. Our family still talks about the amazing day we had thanks to Kiernan, and my children absolutely loved his company. This excursion was truly one of our best vacation days ever. We enjoyed Kiernan’s guidance so much that we arranged for him to take us on the Icefields Parkway Tour on our last day. This experience was equally as rewarding as the prior tour. It involved a bit more driving, but the scenery was so beautiful.
