We’ve never had a photo shoot and Mimi made us feel comfortable throughout our whole experience

Our family traveled from California to Venice to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and booking a photoshoot with PicTrip was one of the best decisions we made for our trip. Our photographer, Mimoza, was absolutely incredible. From the moment we met her at a small coffee shop in Venice, she made us feel completely comfortable — like we were exploring the city with an old friend rather than doing a formal photoshoot. The entire experience felt natural, relaxed, and fun, never awkward or pressured. We started with a beautiful 30-minute gondola ride through Venice, passing under the Rialto Bridge and through smaller canals that were absolutely stunning. Mimoza grew up in Venice, so she shared so much history and local knowledge with us throughout the shoot. She also knew exactly where to go during a busy weekend to avoid crowds while still finding the most beautiful scenery. We brought a flying dress for the shoot, and she knew exactly how to work with it! She captured some amazing and fun photos of our daughter wearing the dress along with a carnival mask she had bought in Venice. We also took photos on a charming small bridge and around St. Mark’s Basilica, and she even shared recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops. The photos themselves were beyond amazing. We received 111 gorgeous images from our one-hour session and had such a difficult time narrowing them down that we ended up purchasing over 60 photos because they were all so beautiful. This experience was the perfect way to begin our first trip to Venice and gave our family memories we will treasure forever. We highly recommend PicTrip and especially Mimoza to anyone wanting beautiful photos and an unforgettable experience in Venice!

Mimoza was our photographer and she was so friendly, warm, and welcoming from the start. She made everybody so comfortable with the photos. More importantly for us she helped us figure out our way around town. Then when we received our photos we were blown away at how beautiful they turned out. We never once felt posed or structured so we weren't sure on how they would be, but they are the best photos we've ever taken! We could not be happier!

Our experience with our photographer was amazing! She was patient and easy going. She kept my kids engaged and truly captured who we are. The photos are perfect!

Elisa knows the right spots to take great pictures and is a very good photographer. She has also been really nice to our daughter.

My wife and I scheduled a photoshoot for our honeymoon. We weren’t in Venice long but thought it would be a great way to get to see and do some things. It was confirmed twice that our appointment time was earlier in the morning. When we arrived at the meet up location we stood waiting for about 15 minutes expecting our photographer was maybe a little late. Finally we tried contacting them through what’s app to be informed they mixed up our times. He tried to get us to do it later but we had something booked later in the afternoon. Then they said maybe they could come soon as possible which was an hour out which would cut into the extra time that we paid for. We gave up on honeymoon pictures at that point. Something I’d scheduled months in advance and now it’s too late to schedule anywhere else to try and do something like that. We ended up not being able to try and do anything else because everything was booked up. It totally messed up our morning in Venice. Now I understand it’s human and I’m not necessarily mad but it was unprofessional especially given that it was stated 2 times that our appointment time was earlier in the morning. We were and still are extremely disappointed. I never even received an apology from the company or an email about the return I requested. Overall I wish it would’ve been a better experience but beware. Maybe check in with the photographer the day before is my recommendation, that way you don’t end up like we did, with no photos and a spoiled morning.

I booked this service and it was a wonderful surprise! All the PicTrip staff was really kind and helpful, they answered in real time and fulfilled all our requests. The organization is fantastic and the photographer Elisa was very good! The photographs are all wonderful, we have a memory to keep with care! I highly recommend this magical experience that will give you truly unforgettable moments! My special thanks to PicTrip!

Michael was very friendly and made recommendations on where to eat and visit for the rest of our stay. He made my husband I feel very comfortable and our pictures turned out great. We are very happy with the final results.
