Overall the tour is satisfactory. However, there were some hiccups in the itinerary. We were not briefed on the daily itinerary leading to some places being omitted until we alerted the tour operator on it. The entrance fees being inclusive is misleading as we had to pay a mandatory fee of 20 dirhams per person to the guide at Ait Ben Haddou not to mention there are no entrance fees at all to the sights. The dinner served at the campsite did not seem to be enough to go round especially for late comers.
thank you so much for given us 3 stars, we would like to inform you that your given this review by mistake, may be you booked with a different company and when you wanted to write this review you did the by mistake in our compamy. anyway, please just make sure as you wrote two reviews on our company, the first about 3D 2N sahara desert from Fez to Marrakech and the second one is a Day Trip from Fez to Volubulis and Meknes. or maybe some illegal transportations given you the name of our company that's why you wrote by Mistake. please, just make sure about what we are telling you and lets us know. especially this things it could devastated our business.
