Ideale per passeggeri in crociera o in aereo all'aeroporto Nord. Tenerife è un'isola dove la sua particolare geologia influenza tutto, quindi non c'è niente di meglio che avere una guida turistica ufficiale e un geologo che ti mostri l'isola. Verremo prelevati al porto o aeroporto (o qualsiasi zona dell'area metropolitana, a vostra scelta) e da lì partiremo per vedere alcuni dei principali luoghi dell'isola (l'elenco che segue è solo un suggerimento) . Il viaggio è totalmente adattabile ai vostri gusti, quindi una volta in macchina decideremo dove andare e cosa fare, se fare molte o poche fermate, ecc. Sempre con la consulenza professionale della guida e dell'autista. - Visita privata. - Tour completamente adattabile. Sei tu a decidere cosa fare e cosa non fare. - Un geologo come guida. - Fotografo amatoriale, porterò la mia macchina fotografica e condividerò le foto con te dopo il viaggio. - Seggiolini per bambini disponibili se necessario. - Auto grande (SUV), ma massimo quattro passeggeri. Viste fantastiche sulla valle dell'Orotava, sul Teide, sull'Osservatorio di Izaña e sul mare di nuvole.
Il Parco Nazionale del Teide è il più visitato d'Europa e il nono al mondo. Resteremo lì per diverse ore e vedremo esempi (oltre a quelli menzionati di seguito), spiegati dalla guida, di una moltitudine di fenomeni geologici e naturali. Ospita lo stratovulcano Teide-Pico Viejo che, con i suoi 3.718 m, è la vetta più alta della Spagna. Con i suoi 7.500 metri di altezza sul fondale oceanico, è considerato il terzo vulcano più alto del mondo e sorge in un ambiente spettacolare. L'impatto visivo del sito è ulteriormente esaltato dalle condizioni atmosferiche che creano texture e tonalità in continuo cambiamento nel paesaggio e da un "mare di nuvole" che forma uno sfondo visivamente sbalorditivo per la montagna. L'importanza mondiale del Monte Teide risiede nella sua vivida illustrazione dei processi geologici alla base dell'evoluzione delle isole oceaniche.
Una passeggiata attraverso una delle zone più speciali del Parco Nazionale, con una storia interessante e paesaggi mozzafiato. Lì scopriremo la storia geologica di Tenerife, segnata dalle eruzioni e dal potere trasformativo della natura, nonché magnifici esempi della flora locale unica del Monte Teide.
Una delle icone più fotografate del Parco Nazionale del Teide. Queste imponenti formazioni rocciose, modellate nel corso dei millenni dall'erosione vulcanica e dal vento, emergono in forme bizzarre nel mezzo della pianura di Ucanca. Da questo punto si possono ammirare spettacolari viste panoramiche sul Monte Teide e sul circo vulcanico di Las Cañadas, rendendolo il punto panoramico preferito del parco. Anche se saremo presenti anche in altri posti più nascosti... E perché no, prenderemo un caffè con la vista migliore dell'isola.
Creata da una colossale frana, la valle è oggi un frutteto dove si piantano banani e viti e dove la vita è frenetica. Viste spettacolari sulle montagne, sul mare e sulla vicina isola di La Palma. A seconda del tempo a disposizione e dei vostri interessi, visiteremo un bar con viste impressionanti, punti panoramici sulla strada o la bellissima città di La Orotava, con i suoi palazzi e il bellissimo centro storico.
Patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO, per essere stata la prima città coloniale ispano-americana. Il suo centro storico racchiude la prima ideale “città-territorio” disegnata secondo principi filosofici. Le sue ampie strade e gli spazi aperti sono fiancheggiati da bellissime chiese ed edifici pubblici e privati risalenti ai secoli XVI, XVII e XVIII.

Our driver and guide, Antonio, is a friendly, knowledgeable expert guide for Tenerife. We spent the day with him driving around the island, frequently stoping for pictures and discussing the history, geology, and social aspects of Tenerife. Antonio definitely knows the geology of the four kinds of volcanoes on the island. When you travel with him , you have the opportunity to learn and see almost anything that you request. Since Antonio allows his guests to set the pace and itinerary, you can have an amazing experience with him as you drive around Tenerife.
We had an amazing day with Antonio. He took us to many beautiful stops in Teide national park, shared his detailed knowledge of the geology and gave us a huge amount of information about Tenerife. We had a great tour with Antonio. He is proactive with communication ahead of time, prompt, friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. We took his suggestion to start the day early and it was well worth it to beat the crowds in the national park. We saw some beautiful landscapes, learned about the cultural and natural history, had lunch at an authentic local spot, and overall just had a really enjoyable day.

We stayed in Tenerife for a day in November. Antonio picked us up on time at the port and the tour went as described about 7 hours. From Santa Cruz we went straight to Teide National Park, the route up to the volcano was very winding but there were always beautiful landscapes and views. Antonio drove us safely and we learned a lot about Tenerife's culture and geology. We can only recommend the excursion was the best on our Canary Islands cruise. He also took pictures and sent us afterwards. Thank you Antonio 😃

The tour we had with Antonio, our tour guide for the nature and cultural tour of Teide and Tenerife was amazing! We got to see Teide National Park, lava tubes, and incredible scenery! Excellent tour guide, very helpful and knowledgeable. We travelled from the UK with a little child and Antonio was so kind he made sure he stayed in the car with our little one if he was tired or sleeping so we could quickly pop out of the car to enjoy the view and he took us to all those special spots for capturing the best views. Would surely recommend him.
Great tour to explore Mt Teide park and mostly the north region of Tenerife island. Great views of the park and its varied geological scenery. Was doable in the day that we had from our cruise ship.

Our cruise switched ports from Lanzarote to Tenerife at the last minute and we were beyond lucky to find Antonio to take us up to El Teide and around the island. From pick up at the port to drop off, everything was perfect. It was misty and cloudy all the way through the forest up to the mountain, and Antonio kept reassuring us that the weather would clear at the top. And he was right - it was stunningly beautiful on the mountain. He stopped any time we wanted for photos, and even emailed me his own pictures after the tour. As we walked around different places in the park, Antonio explained all about the geology in the park along with the flora and fauna. Afterwards, we drove along some beautiful winding roads with wonderful views to Los Silos and Garachico for a lunch stop at a place right on the sea and a walk around the town. One more stop at Icod de los Vinos to see the most popular tree in Tenerife, the Drago Milenario or 1000-year-old dragon tree. All in all, it was a very full day for a very fair price and every minute was wonderful. Thanks Antonio and don't be surprised if we take you up on your offer and return to Tenerife! Susan and Mike
