The experience was excellent. Bo, our guide was very knowledgeable, courteous and funny. We visited unique locations within the Sedona area and had a great time.
Chris was a wealth of information! Enjoyed learning about Sedona with him.
We vacillated between the big "corporate national tour company" and Red Rock Western Jeep Tours and chose Red Rock Jeep Tours. We are DELIGHTED with our experience with Chris the tour guide. He listened carefully about what we wanted to experience and designed the best tour ever. Chris is a "naturalist scholar!" From plant life, to magnetic fields, to history of the red rocks to teaching us about finding the vortex, experiencing it and appreciating the moment...we are beyond delighted and better for this trip into the red rocks and vortex. Do not hesitate to schedule your trip with Red Rock Western Jeep Tours and Chris if you can get him!!!
Everyone there from Front Desk to driver very friendly, asking questions to help tailor the tour to my particular interests. Rad a good driver and had lots of interesting g comments comments sharing stories & backstory on unique & beautiful Sedona landscape
We did the Broken Arrow combo tour. Our driver was David and he was the perfect man for his job. He was knowlegeable and personable. The trip was bouncy but that is to be expected with an off road jeep tour. My wife and I are both in out 70's and had no issues from the ride. The highlight of the tour was Chicken Point Overlook with spectacular views. While there be sure to ask the driver to point out where cyclists "ride the line". The trip it not inexpensive but it will definitely keep you entertained and give you a chance to see areas where asphalt does not exist.
We visited Sedona for 2 days in Sept 2025. We wanted to see as many Sedona highlights as possible, without spending too many hours on a tour. We chose this tour, as it was private- just the 3 of us, just 2 hours long, and a gentle ride. We had gorgeous weather, and an awesome guide, Chris R.!! Chris is a local and has so much knowledge of the area. He shared lots of stories and information with us! The views were amazing! I highly recommend this tour- thank you Chris!
Fun lots of information plants area Driver Chris was great. Jeep broke down but not a big deal. Got picked up
The Red Rock Western Jeep Tour was awesome for our first time in beautiful Sedona. It was a private tour, where we met at the tour office and our guide greeted us. The vehicle was an older model, Jeep, and the ride was comfortable, not too bumpy at all. Our tour included stops at the Chapel of the Holy Cross, a vortex point, Cathedral Rock, and more, and, of course, included the history of the town and its landmarks. Our tour guide, Brad, was insightful, engaging, respectful, and had "rim-shot" jokes here and there, which I have to admit, I enjoyed; also he spaces out time between taking in the sights and then giving its history, not talking too much or being too silent. He may also have a history question for you. Why he calls the 89A a Canadian Hwy...well you can answer that one yourself when you go on the tour. - Dee
If you are looking for a private tour of Sedona this is the one. Jeff was our guide and he as very knowledgeable and friendly. An easy 2 hour tour to get to know Sedona.
We had an amazing experience seeing Sedona this way. Our tour guide, Harry, was so knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. He took all the time we needed to see everything and take all the pics we wanted! We learned so much and would definitely book another tour.
