Marco was excellent, very friendly, and showed us many interesting homes around Lake Como in our hour together. The prosecco was a nice touch as well. Good communication from the booking agent as well.

What to say? Great and must do! We came to Como from Milan just for this boat ride... And it was really amazing! Our skipper was very kind and hopefully he could wait us because we were 20 minutes late. One hour is not enough to see all the beauty of such a wonderful Lake! If you have time it's better to book 2 or 3 hours...

By boat is a beautiful way to see the surrounding views Lake Como has to offer!! Really did enjoy the photo opportunities and our skipper “Peter” allowed ample stop & view times throughout the hour. My main issue was the cost to value - could get most of the same views from a ferry ride, though of course not quite the same relaxing venue. I may be a little jaded as our guide was 20 min late (but, these things do happen); however, the text interactions made it look like we were the late ones (we were 20-30min EARLY). Then spent another 10min talking about possible time extensions — wanted addl $150 for a 2nd hour. I was not pleased and decided against the last minute add-on. Electing the do-it-yourself Ferry alternative without the time restrictions our guide would have imposed. If you have the extra cash and know what to expect, this is an average day (sorry, HOUR) spent on the lake. Dress warm! There were no blankets available - but a towel if you got cold. He did provide a nice treat of Prosecco and cheese, speck, cracker combo, which was appreciated. Overall, I’d give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
Hello, Thank you for your review. It's very important for us! We are very sorry for the delay. In fact we informed that you were in touch with our manager. The delay was because of confusion with other client for the same tour and the same time. We do our best to not have this situations. We are very sorry for this. We also investigated the fact of 2nd hour cost. In fact you asked to have drop off in Bellagio and our skipper told you that it needs extra 150 euro just for fuel, but not for 2nd extra hour of tour. The skipper was very surprised about the review, because as he says you were very satisfied with the tour. As about snacks, we don't provide any snacks for 1 h boat tour, there is just prosecco included. I hope that you really enjoyed this great experience in Como.
Our guide was patient and kind with us. The experience was wonderful. A charming exploration of the history and charm of the southeast leg of Lake Como. Our Caption, Pietro was very friendly and well educated on the unique parts of the lake. He even shared some childhood memories of his time there which made the experience feel extra special. Through the booking and day-of event they were very communicative and brought value and patience the whole way through. Grazie!

Our favorite trip in Italy! We were traveling around of all Italy and made this tour in Como. Very beautiful, very lovely, relaxing and interesting ride. Thank you for such a great organization
YOU cancelled the private boat trip the day before it was due to take place. It was the main reason for visiting Milan and it cost £300!!!

Great way to see Lake Como from the water! We cruised right along the shoreline and got a good view of the beautiful villas and towns.
