This sunset boat tour was a highlight of our time on the Italian Riviera. Watching the sun set over the Gulf of Portofino was breathtaking, and seeing Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, and San Fruttuoso from the water made it even more special. Our captain, Lorenzo, was friendly and knowledgeable, making everyone feel welcome. The ride was relaxing, the aperitif was a nice touch, and there was plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and take photos. For a memorable evening, this tour is perfect. With its stunning coastline, peaceful atmosphere, and great hospitality, it’s worth every penny—we’d book it again in a heartbeat.
This sunset cruise was absolutely perfect! We left from Rapallo so we got to see Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, and San Fruttuoso which were all beautiful. Lorenzo was very nice knowledgeable of the area. The aperitif snacks we great but I would let them know what you want to drink before hand (I wanted prosecco but they only have that upon request). The views were outstanding and I would do this again!!

My wife and I were celebrating our engagement and had booked this tour in advance. We did not expect it to be so beautiful. Just after sunset the entire sky turned pink!! We also cruised next to Spielberg’s yacht.
Undoubtably the best experience done during our Italian vacation. We met Jack in Santa Margherita and we cruised around Portofino. Plenty of time to take pictures and admire the beautiful setting. Food and unlimited drinks were included
We had an amazing time on our sunset boat tour with Giacomo. He picked us up in Rapallo and he talked us through the history of Rapallo and Santa Margherita on our way to Portofino. After heading into Portofino for a very special moment, we were given Prosecco and Giacomo took us to some amazing spots to see the sunset and take photos!
Giacomo was great, informative, kind and welcoming. We booked this trip months in advance based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. He took us on a tour of the Gulf and we had a swim under the DolceGabbana house as the sun was setting. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Dear David, thank you for your kind words. Happy I was able to meet your expectations! Wishing you and Rebecca all the best for the future.
This sunset tour was exactly as we imagined it. Our skipper was great, offered us participants and a bottle of Prosecco as well as guiding us through the various landmarks. Above all I would recommend this tour because of the magical views you get at sunset, these are simply unmatched!
Dear Joyce, grazie mille! it was a pleasure having you guys onboard and am happy to hear you enjoyed the trip as much as I did! Grazie, Giacomo.
It did not meet our expectations, which was partly due to the fact that you got little information from the skipper about the course of the tour, e.g. what you can do when and for how long and how long the tour is generally possible. Unfortunately, the skipper was very difficult to understand what made communication difficult. The snorkeling spots offered by the skipper were poorly chosen e.g. right next to a private yacht in the harbour.
The appetizers is bread. Not a lot of beer. No wine. It was not chilled. However the guide was informative and sweet. The views were beautiful.
Dear Michelle, it's Giacomo - your skipper. Thank you for your review, but allow me to clarify a few points. The appetizers served are fresh-baked focaccia, made to order by our supplier. Our platter varies day to day depending on what the baker produces fresh. This includes, plain focaccia, pizza, cheese focaccia and onion focaccia (or others). Also, the 'aperitivo' in Italy is not properly a dinner starter but more a small bite of food (ie. chips, toasted nuts) that accompany a drink before heading to dinner. As noted in the listing, we do not offer wine, guest are free to BYO (as you did) but then you decided to all opt for the beer. You also were 6 adults - which I only received confirmation of when arrived at the dock - I had stocked up the boat with beer (2 / head) just in case but had other drinks on offer. Please note that this experience is usually catered to couples or families with kids. For this same reason, the space in the fridge is limited and serving 12 beers perfectly cold is practically impossible. Hope this clarifyed your doubts.
