Tour privato per un massimo di 10 persone, ideale per coppie, gruppi di amici o famiglie. Dalla tradizionale passeggiata al tramonto a un tour di due ore al mattino o al pomeriggio. Lasciando il molo di Alcântara, arriviamo alla nostra prima attrazione turistica: Praça do Comércio (Piazza del Commercio). Fermatevi qualche minuto per respirare a fondo e assaporare tutto il fascino di questa parte di Lisbona. Scendendo lungo il fiume, abbiamo costeggiato la riva sud, dove abbiamo potuto ammirare da vicino la maestosa statua del Cristo Re che benedice Lisbona! Successivamente, siamo passati accanto all'iconica Torre di Belém. Più a monte, passeremo accanto a uno dei principali monumenti di Lisbona, il Monumento alle Scoperte. Successivamente, abbiamo il Museo dell'Elettricità e il MAAT - Museo di Arte, Architettura e Tecnologia. Il tour passa sotto il famoso Ponte 25 Aprile. Ancora una volta nei pressi di Praça do Comércio, abbiamo raggiunto il punto culminante del nostro tour, con un tramonto mozzafiato... Dopo che il sole tramonta all'orizzonte, facciamo ritorno al molo di Alcântara.

Torre dove la corona portoghese osservava l'arrivo e la partenza delle caravelle portoghesi durante il periodo delle scoperte 500 anni fa.
In una posizione prominente sulla riva destra del fiume Tago, il monumento originale, realizzato con materiali deperibili, fu eretto nel 1940 in occasione dell'Esposizione Mondiale Portoghese per onorare le figure storiche coinvolte nelle Scoperte Portoghesi. Il ponte 25 de Abril è un ponte sospeso strada-rotaia sul fiume Tago che collega la città di Lisbona (sponda nord) alla città di Almada (sponda sud), in Portogallo. Il ponte è lungo 2.277 m. Con una luce libera di 1.013 m, il Ponte 25 de Abril è il 33° ponte sospeso più grande del mondo. È stato inaugurato il 6 agosto 1966
Praça do Comércio, ancora comunemente chiamata con l'antico nome di Terreiro do Paço, è una piazza del centro di Lisbona situata vicino al fiume Tago, nell'area che ospitò per circa due secoli il palazzo dei re del Portogallo e che oggi è parzialmente occupato da alcuni dipartimenti governativi.
L'idea di costruire il Monumento a Cristo Re nacque nel 1934, durante una visita in Brasile dell'allora Cardinale Patriarca di Lisbona, D. Manuel Gonçalves Cerejeira. Passando per Rio de Janeiro, vide l'imponente immagine del Cristo Redentore sul Corcovado e nacque nel suo cuore il desiderio di costruire un progetto simile davanti a Lisbona. La prima pietra per la costruzione del monumento fu posta il 18 dicembre 1949, dopo la fine della guerra. Fu inaugurato il 17 maggio 1959. Questo monumento è il miglior punto di vista sulla città di Lisbona, offrendo un'ampia vista sulla capitale e sul Ponte 25 de Abril. In numerosi resoconti turistici su Lisbona compare il santuario e monumento a Cristo Re, punto di riferimento di Almada.

This was the most fun we've ever had! All my sister wanted to do for her birthday was a private sunset boat cruise and this one exceeded our expectations! Paulo and Kelly went out of their way to make her birthday special even though I only told them about it day ot. They gave us free wine and sparkling rose and even got her a cute birthday muffin with a candle. This was so thoughtful and personalized. It you get a chance, detinitely prioritize this cruise. They also took us past the most beautiful destinations and adjusted the time a little so that we were on the water perfectly at sunset time. We telt so taken care of and special. The sail boat was beautiful and we got the most amazing photos. So many core memories were made! Do this cruise with Paulo and Kelly!!
We had such a wonderful time with Paulo and Kelly - it was a private booking for my family (two adults and two kids, ages 7 and 9). And then we also had a family friend with us. Paulo and Kelly were wonderful hosts, accommodating our last-minute booking. Their boat was beautiful - the perfect size for our group. They treated us with desserts and croquettes and drinks and sailed us up and down the coast of Lisbon. We had a relaxing time and would absolutely recommend the experience!

This was a fantastic experience in Lisbon. The sunset cruise was beautiful and so relaxing. As a family of five, our teens loved it too. Frederico and Fernando were excellent tour guides. Very knowledgeable about sailing, the area for both history and cool things to do as a local. We opted in for the Portuguese tapas, well worth it. We will do this again with this provider the next time we are back! Highly recommend. Communication prior to the event also very easy through what’s app.

Our group of 5 wanted to do a private sunset sail our first evening after arriving in Lisbon, and Sun Sea Sail tours met all our needs. We ordered the optional charcuterie board, which was huge and full of delicious meats, cheeses, spreads, olives, nuts, grapes, and breads, and more than enough for 5 passengers. I had contacted Sun Sea Sail when I booked the cruise to ask if they could accommodate my need to be gluten-free, and they were amazing — wheat bread for my traveling companions was served in a separate basket (not on the serving platter with everything else), and I got my own basket of GF bread that I could eat. Unfortunately, when you order the charcuterie platter, they are unable to hoist the sail because it could potentially canter the boat and the food would slide off the table. But we very much enjoyed our snack (plus a bottle of wine), and watched the other sailboats sail off into the sun. Our captain and co-captain were helpful pointing out the sites along the river, and we enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing ride on the water. We love supporting local small businesses, and highly recommend this husband-wife sail tour!

MOST definitely the BEST and most memorable excursion in Portugal. VERY Lovely sailors/crew, Paulo and Kelly, whom provided my family and I exceptional hospitality and entertainment. Even though it was very windy, the crews cater to our needs. Paulo stayed behind to ensure an iPhone was retrieved by the scuba diver after it was dropped at the dock. Thank you so much for making the sunset sail the most memorable event of our family vacation. P.S. This review is entered with the iPhone recovered from the dock after submerged under water for 3 hours. 😂👍
