Tour privato in barca a Murano, Burano e Torcello

Alex was a very nice tour guide. His demeanor was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was flexible with the itinerary, even allowing us to see the inside of the Venetian Arsenal. The overall tour was great. Burano was a nice stop, though the stores seemed a bit “touristy”, not boutique-ish. Torcello was worth the visit. The church and surrounding property are very nice and interesting to see. In Murano, the private seating and option for hands-on participation in glass blowing was a highlight, however, beware the owner’s invitation to see his “special”gallery as may feel like you are in a “time-share” presentation with some pressure to buy very upper-end items. This was a very nice outing for us, and would highly recommend Alex to others.

This was a highlight of our holiday. Alex was a great guide and we had a wonderful time visiting Murano and the islands.

Alex was amazing! Very communicative and enjoyed the history lessons along the way. We enjoyed the afternoon snacks (provided by Alex) as well as the ice cold waters. Boat was very clean and will definitely recommend to our friends.

This was a fantastic trip enjoyed by the whole family. Alex our guide was very kind, and knowledgeable, and adjusted the trip to our wishes. This was the highlight of our day.

Everything about this was absolutely top notch. Alessandro took enormously good care of me and my two sons (9 and 7), handed us off for a demonstration in Murano where we were seated in a special section and my boys allowed to help with the demo, and then cruised around the lagoon for an hour while my boys got to "help steer". We all loved every moment. 10/10, highly recommend.

Alex was an amazing host and guide for our tour. Good communication in advance in pickup and logistics. We had a wonderful time on his boat, it was a beautiful day and seeing Venice from the water is ideal. The VIP tour at the glass factory was amazing (slightly warm in there so plan accordingly) , Nick explained everything and I even got a turn to help make a glass vase. From there we went to Burano and had time to shop and see the small town square and look at the lace and linen shops. Overall great experience and worth the investment.

LOVED this boat tour! From start to finish, this experience was everything and more that we were hoping to see and do in Murano/Burano/Torcello! A must do!!!

Our boat ride with Alex was very special. He took us to Murano and Burano where we disembarked and spent a good amount of time in each. At Murano we were led to a factory where we got a private demonstration by a Grand Master glass maker, Massimo, who made a small vase and a small horse in front of us. From there they led us upstairs to a gallery full of beautiful authentic Murano glass art and we were able to walk all around the gallery with a man who worked there. At the authentic Murano stores you can bargain and they’re usually willing to give you a discounted price. Burano is known for lace making and there we walked into one of two stores that Alex recommended. At Burano bargaining with the client is alive and well also. And yes, both at Murano and Burano, but especially at Burano, they are a little pushy and you may feel like you’re in a tourist trap, except what they are selling is beautiful and unique, so you are compelled to stay and look and maybe buy also. We didn’t disembark in Torcello but Alex drove us all around the island highlighting the most important facts. In honor of our wedding anniversary which we were celebrating he gave us prosecco and some traditional Burano biscuits. It was a bit chilly so he also gave us jackets to wear. Alex made the experience very special.
