Il tour è estremamente flessibile perché è privato. In genere chi prende la barca per Capri fa il giro dell'isola scoprendo bellissime grotte come la grotta verde, la grotta bianca, i faraglioni con il tunnel dell'amore e la grotta azzurra, che bisogna visitare con un po' di barca. Potremmo suggerire "uno dei ristoranti con vista sul mare". Hai tempo libero sull'isola per esplorare la piazza, Anacapri e la seggiovia. Poi, di nuovo sulla barca, potremmo raggiungere di nuovo il punto di incontro. -3 ore è il tempo che gli ospiti hanno a disposizione per visitare l'isola per esplorare l'isola, pranzare o fare quello che vogliono. -5 ore trascorse sulla barca nuotando e facendo un giro in barca dell'isola per vedere le grotte lungo la costa.

Great time with captain Stefano
It was one of the best days we have gotten to experience in Sorrento. Stunning views, skillful captain, great boat. The water is amazing! If you enjoy the water, you must do this!!

We had an amazing 8-hour boat tour with Luciano, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Luciano was an outstanding captain—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the entire day he shared fascinating stories and information about Capri and the Amalfi Coast, making the experience so much more than just a boat ride. The views were absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The tour was going as planned in the morning and was very enjoyable. In the afternoon, Luciano (our captain) gave us a schedule to follow that included a very expensive lunch that we were forced to have and an itinerary to make it to the top of Ana Capri. The time frame he gave us was totally unrealistic with the crowds on the island that day. Upon our late return, Luciano made us feel extremely uncomfortable which ruined the entire experience. He questioned our sincerity with our reason for being late and was silent for the remainder of the day. Once again, HE made my wife and 4 children feel horrible to the point of tears. The whole situation should have been handled professionally. Unfortunately, Luciano is not a professional! I
We sincerely hope that all of our future guests take the time to read both this review and our response, because unfortunately not every review tells the complete truth, and not every guest behaves with the respect and courtesy that we strive to show everyone who comes aboard. Dear Mr John, first of all, Luciano has been working with us for many years and has always been praised by our guests for his professionalism, patience, and kindness. We completely reject the claim that he behaved in the way you described. As clearly stated in the tour description, the experience has a total duration of 8 hours. Based on the agreed schedule, you were expected to return in time for the boat to depart Capri and head back to the departure port by approximately 5:00 PM. Instead, you returned around 1 hour and 30 minutes later than the agreed meeting time. What disappointed us most was not only the delay itself, but the lack of communication. Luciano had clearly informed you of the return time, as we does with every guest, and this schedule has never been an issue for our customers. When he contacted you at around 3:30 PM to ask where you were, you replied that you were “coming down” and would arrive shortly. However, you did not return until approximately an hour and a half later, without informing him of the actual situation and without apologizing for the delay. Despite this, we did not charge you anything for the extra time. According to our policy, additional hours are charged at €100 per hour, meaning your delay would normally have resulted in an additional charge. We chose not to apply it as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, your delay also had consequences for our operations. Because the boat was held waiting for you, we were forced to cancel a sunset tour scheduled afterward. Our tour times are carefully planned not only for your experience but also out of respect for other guests with later reservations. Luciano simply explained why it was important to respect the agreed schedule. That should not be interpreted as unprofessional behavior. On the contrary, he remained patient throughout a situation that placed him in a very difficult position. We always strive to provide the best possible experience and are more than understanding when unexpected situations arise. However, mutual respect and communication are essential. Had you simply informed Luciano that you were running late, the situation could have been managed very differently. We truly value Luciano and his professionalism, which is why this situation is even more surprising to us. What also struck us is that, at the end of the day, you even asked for the photos Luciano had taken of you on board, where everyone was smiling and seemed to be enjoying the experience. We simply wanted to mention this, as it makes your feedback even more unexpected from our perspective. I’m sorry that, unfortunately, I’m not able to attach screenshots of the conversation.
