I loved this very interesting visit and benefit from the explanations of the attendant. Thanks to her
What a great visit! I was so glad I’d managed to persuade my husband to do this visit, as it was excellent. It was most interesting and varied. Our guide was Santiago who was brilliant. I thoroughly recommend this visit if you are in that part of Lanzarote.
Lovely tour. Anna was great at explaining how the salt is extracted, the history and future plans. It was good to hear they are restoring the original windmills and becoming more eco-friendly.
I loved! The place is beautiful. It was a wonderful visit and the guide was simply amazing. As we were walking through the salines, she was explaining the history of the place in detail and with quite detail. The view is beautiful. It is worth visiting. Thanks for the experience. 🙏
We drove past the salt farm a few times and after a bit of research decided to pay a visit. The two hours we spent there were exceptionally well rewarded with a walking tour of the salt farm and a fact-filled talk on how salt is made by natural evaporation. Our guide Anna was very knowledgeable, but didn’t just blast facts at us - she wove a fascinating narrative about the history of the farm, the challenges it has faced and its plans for the future. I’d definitely put this on your itinerary of you are visiting the area.
Amazing place I really enjoyed it, very good to go with the family everyone enjoyed, the guide was very helpful and nice to speak to. Took a lot of pictures and a great place to visit in Lanzarote. And the food tasting was nice. And very interesting for teenagers. 👍👍👍
Great guided tour in the saline. Great driver Ana.
An amazing and quite interesting visit in Lanzarote, I recommend if you go around the island, visit Las Salinas de Janubio. The only shame that gave me of the visit, that since they do not get staff who want to work in the salt, they have several salt pans disconnected, for the rest is something very interesting.
Santiago is friendly and gives interesting explanations. He answered all our questions, even those relating to the island. We enjoyed visiting this unique place.
Had such a great day. We were especially lucky with our guide, Ann, who was just a total joy, and also went out of her way to make sure we got a taxi back in the evening. We also enjoyed a glass of wine overlooking the flats which was lovely. I would recommend if you are looking for a tour that is short but full of interesting facts. Thanks to Ann for making it extra special 😊😊
