We really appreciated that our new 6 month old pup was allowed to join in and the windmill stop was awesome but we would have loved to have seen the tulips. The guide didn’t really provide much history and was super nice just not too informative for the price. Never offered to let us charge our devices or have water until at the end when we asked if there was any water. The fishing village and cheese stop were Ok but nothing unique.

The tulip fields and Keukenhof are a separate destination, located around 45 minutes away from the Zaanse Schans/Volendam area, and are not included in this tour. Regarding the information provided during the trip, this tour includes a private chauffeur, not a professional tour guide. That said, we understand your expectation and will review how we present this more clearly to future guests. We also appreciate your comments about the chargers and water. These are normally available in our vehicles, but we agree they should have been offered proactively. We will make sure our chauffeurs ask guests directly in the future. The driver was excellent. He gave us umbrellas since it was raining a little. Both places where beautiful and we were very comfortable in the bus
