Quando finiamo qui continuiamo con il nostro viaggio nella città di Granada in circa 1 ora siamo nel posto, quando arriviamo in questa città prendiamo una barca nel lago e ci imbarchiamo verso un'isola dove puoi vivere l'esperienza di l'arruolamento di scimmie, ragni e diverse isole che ci sono intorno, logicamente durante tutto il tour si possono fare foto e sentirsi come in una vera spedizione in Nicaragua è la sensazione che cerchiamo di farvi provare. Questo tour durerà circa 25 minuti e ti divertirai.
Continuiamo il nostro soggiorno nella meravigliosa città di Granada, dopo aver fatto il giro in barca lasciamo l'acqua e già a terra puoi fare un'altra attività che è la famosa passeggiata a cavallo con una carrozza e vivere l'esperienza di girare la città come facevano gli antenati o un tempo fa. Ti portiamo a vedere la città più antica del Centro America, la nostra guida ti spiegherà le sculture, i monumenti e la storia che ognuno ha da raccontarci, quando hai già girato la città passiamo da un luogo dove si fanno i sigari e la cioccolata così puoi conoscere questo processo di produzione e vedere come è fatto e se vuoi puoi acquistarne uno. A very valuable experience and that I recommend 100%. While Nicaragua deserves to dedicate full days to it, it is a great way to take a taste of this incredible country in landscapes, architecture, history and its people.

We had a great time in Nicaragua! The trip was very well planned and organized with no waiting time. The guides, Juan and Grethel did a superb job! Very knowledgeable and helpful! We visited Granada and took a horse carriage tour and enjoyed colonial city center and colorful houses, Lake Nicaragua boat tour with its hundreds of small islands with unique houses on each island and monkey islands. We also visited active volcano and finished our day enjoying a beautiful sunset at the mountain of the resort city of San Juan Del Sur with its breathtaking views! Nicaragua is really underrated as a tourist destination. It's a beautiful country with tons to see and explore!!!

My wife and I with my best friend and his wife are discussing our return trip back to go and see more of that amazing views Costa Rica and Nicaragua has to offer. The entire process was smoother than a Peanut Buttered Banana! Aron "Big Papi" was our initial contact and upon purchasing the trip, he was honest as they come and on top of things from start to finish. The day of the tour, we were greeted at the hotel lobby on time, like clockwork. Ricardo Leal, served as our driver and guide, and this guy was more incredible than watching a unicorn doing the moonwalk! Friendly, accommodating, and just an all-around fantastic human being! This was such a fun experience and I would recommend it to anyone! My party of 8 came to visit Costa Rica and left getting to experience Nicaragua too. Eduardo was the best excursion leader and did everything to make this an experience of a lifetime. He also took a ton of pictures and videos from start to finish and sends them all to you at the end of the trip. If you’re worried about a lot of walking, this trip is minimal in that department. The most walking you’ll do is crossing the board from Costa Rica to Nicaragua and going through customs. Otherwise, the shuttles take you exactly to were you need to be. Breakfast and lunch were included and provided the traditional cultural experience, both were delicious! They are also accommodating to any food sensitivities and allergens as well. The best part of the trip I’d say was the volcano visit with such a beautiful view of an active volcano from the top but everything was amazing from start to finish. Such an informative excursion if you’re into history and learning about other cultures and there’s something for everyone. The chocolate tour was fun and engaging, the men of the group really enjoyed the cigar tour. Can’t thank Eduardo enough for encouraging us to choose this excursion.

What an amazing day trip to Nicaragua - A very well organised and packed fun filled day. We had a private bus which picked us up from our hotel very early to take us to boarders to cross over to Nicaragua which is where we met our 2 lovely tour guides . We had a lovely traditional breakfast and then went on to visit Rivas, a local market, volcano Masaya which is an active volcano, this was the most amazing experience then they prepared lunch for us at a traditional Nicaraguan restaurant which was absolutely delicious. We then visited a local chocolate factory to see the full end to end process of how chocolate is made before it ends up on the shop shelves. Following that we went on a horse ride around the town while they explained about the history of this beautiful country and to finish off we went on the most amazing boat ride where we visited monkey island and fed spider monkeys - this was by far my most favourite and fun filled excursion we have done and I would recommend this tour to anyone

I had a great time. Never once did I feel unsafe as a solo traveler. It was a combination of exploring the geography, animals, history, culture, and seeing first hand what the country is like. I would highly recommend this tour as they take care of everything so you don’t have to. Make sure to bring some US dollars if buying rum, cigars, gifts interests you as that is their preference for currency.
