Dopo aver trascorso un po' di tempo lì, inizieremo il nostro tour della DMZ. Ci sono 3 destinazioni principali per il tour DMZ. Per prima cosa andremo al 3° tunnel realizzato dalla Corea del Nord e rimarremo lì per circa 1 ora e 10 minuti. In secondo luogo, andremo all'osservatorio Dora dove potremo vedere la vista della Corea del Nord. Infine, visiteremo il Villaggio dell'Unificazione dove potrai acquistare souvenir della DMZ. Puoi comprendere la storia della divisione della Corea attraverso il tour della DMZ. Dopo il tour della DMZ, ti guideremo al ponte sospeso Gamak Mountain Chulleong. Andremo a Imjingak Park da Seoul per fare il tour DMZ. Ci vogliono circa 70 minuti. La nostra prima destinazione è il Parco Imjingak. Quando arriviamo, compreremo prima un biglietto DMZ e registreremo le nostre informazioni per ottenere il permesso e prenderemo un po' di tempo per guardarci intorno. Imjingak Park è il sito turistico rappresentativo dell'unificazione della Corea ed è stato costruito nel 1972. Da allora sono state costruite una dopo l'altra varie strutture, fino ad assumere l'aspetto attuale. Questo parco si trova a 7 km a sud della MDL. E a differenza di JSA e DMZ, i civili come noi possono visitare qui senza permesso. Per questo motivo, molti residenti e stranieri visitano questo luogo e circa 5 milioni di persone lo visitano ogni anno. Puoi vedere la Campana della Pace, l'Altare Mangbedan, il Ponte della Libertà. Rimarremo qui per circa 60 minuti.
Per prima cosa, guarderemo circa 8 minuti di video clip relativi alla DMZ in un teatro. Dopo aver visto il video, avremo un po' di tempo per dare un'occhiata alla sala espositiva. Andremo al terzo tunnel scavato dalla Corea del Nord. Nel 1970, la Corea del Nord ha scavato circa 20 tunnel vicino al confine per invadere nuovamente la Corea del Sud. Tra 20 tunnel, finora ne abbiamo trovati 4. Tra questi, finora sono stati scoperti quattro tunnel. Il terzo tunnel è stato scoperto nel 1978. Dei 4 tunnel, il 3° tunnel è il più grande e il più minaccioso perché è il più vicino a Seoul. La distanza da qui a Seoul è di soli 52 km e circa 30.000 soldati nordcoreani armati possono passare attraverso questo tunnel in circa un'ora. La lunghezza totale di questo tunnel di infiltrazione è di 1.635 metri. E l'altezza e la larghezza del tunnel sono di circa 2 m, ma non sono costanti. Dalla linea di demarcazione militare corre per 1.200 metri a nord e per 435 metri a sud.
L'edificio dell'Osservatorio Dora ha tre piani. Al primo piano sono esposte foto e contenuti dell'incontro tra gli ex presidenti Moon Jae-in e Kim Jong-un alla JSA per il vertice intercoreano del 2018. Al secondo piano, puoi vedere la vista della Corea del Nord dall'interno attraverso l'intero vetro. Al 3° piano, puoi vedere la vista della Corea del Nord dall'esterno attraverso il telescopio. Puoi vedere la vista della Corea del Nord.
Il villaggio di Tongilchon (unificazione) è l'area residenziale situata all'interno dell'area civile off-limited. Circa 500 agricoltori sudcoreani coltivano uno dei Ginseng della migliore qualità chiamato gaesung ginseng, semi di soia, ortaggi. Potremmo fermarci per 15 ~ 20 minuti. Ci spostiamo nella posizione successiva, Gamak Mountain Suspension Bridge. Ci vogliono circa 30 minuti.
È uno dei ponti sospesi più lunghi della Corea con una lunghezza di 150 metri ed era un feroce campo di battaglia durante la guerra di Corea. Dopo una breve escursione in cima, raggiungerai il fantastico punto panoramico sul monte Gamaksan. Dopo questo, torniamo a Seoul. Ci vogliono circa 70 minuti.

An amazing experience! We took this tour right after my children graduated from the military academy, and it was incredibly educational. Our guide, Michelle, was kind, knowledgeable, and taught us so much. Highly recommended!

Great day with Brain at the DMZ. Really comfortable car with air conditioning and nice recliner seats. Brain was great throughout the tour and he has so much knowledge of the DMZ and had some great maps for visuals and explaining the history and he has very good English. Would definitely book again.
After a rocky start, the tour company immediately addressed the problems and sorted them out. This was a private tour of the DMZ and the suspension bridge, including lunch. Our guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the tour, he explained the history, pointed out landmarks, and provided context for everything we experienced—including our delicious Korean meal. He accompanied us every step of the way, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Sebastian truly made all the difference.
Taylor was our tour guide/driver. He was very professional and in communication via WhatsApp the night prior around 8pm. Based on the traffic an location of our hotel he adjust pickup a few minutes later. Which we were glad to find out the night prior. This tour was very educational for me as I really had no idea of the history of the Korean War. Taylor took the time to explain their history and the significance of the tunnels that were found. Fair warning though the entry into the tunnel is a long walk roughly 300m long and I would guess a -15 degree grade. Very easy to walk down. But the walk back up was a bit strenuous for my mother in law. She had to take a few rest breaks on the hike back up. Smartly there are sitting benches placed along the route. Overall this was a great experience for our family, we learned a lot. Thank you Taylor.

An interesting place to visit, a very full day! Felt a bit rushed at times, felt the tour lacked the human element of the war between the north and south Korea. There was no mention of the UN forces and loss of life in securing their freedom. It's in danger of becoming commercialised and more disney than history and reality!!!
Emily was a great tour guide and driver. She arrived on time and even made it back to hotel early as requested. We saw all the sites and she took really good care of my family.
A Must-Do DMZ Tour with Emily! Taking a private DMZ tour with Emily was one of the best decisions we made on our trip to South Korea. From the moment she picked us up at our hotel, we knew we were in great hands. She shared such fascinating history—starting before Japanese occupation all the way to the present day—and helped us understand it all with helpful maps and great storytelling. One thing that really stood out: unlike other guides we saw that day, Emily actually hiked up and down the 3rd tunnel and the nearby suspension bridge with us, which ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. Even when we had to join a larger bus group for a section, she made it feel like we were still on a private tour.
