Il complesso piramidale di Giza (chiamato anche necropoli di Giza) in Egitto ospita la Grande Piramide, la Piramide di Chefren e la Piramide di Menkaure, insieme ai complessi piramidali associati e alla Grande Sfinge. Tutti furono costruiti durante la Quarta Dinastia dell'Antico Regno dell'antico Egitto, tra il c. 2600 – ca. 2500 a.C. Il sito comprende anche diversi templi, cimiteri e resti di un villaggio operaio.
Il Grande Museo Egizio (GEM; arabo: المتحف المصرى الكبير al-Matḥaf al-Maṣriyy al-Kabīr), noto anche come Museo di Giza, è un museo archeologico in costruzione a Giza, in Egitto, a circa 2 chilometri (1,2 miglia) dal Complesso piramidale di Giza. Il Museo ospiterà oltre 100.000 manufatti dell'antica civiltà egizia, inclusa la collezione completa di Tutankhamon, e molti pezzi saranno esposti per la prima volta.[4] Con una superficie di 81.000 m2 (872.000 piedi quadrati), sarà il museo archeologico più grande del mondo.[5] È in costruzione come parte di un nuovo piano generale per l'Altopiano di Giza, noto come "Giza 2030".

A fantastic guides trip with someone who knows and loves her place and want to ensure that you have a great time in Cairo. I will definitely come back again for more with these trips.
Amazing day as you were going to see the pyramids and sphinx! Hotel pick-up very convenient. Be prepared to set your schedule though. We were extremely rushed. We didn’t spend the time there we expected. We had traveled around the world to seek this experience and take it all in. We arrived at sphinx for a quick picture and then had to rush into car. Yes it is crowded. We thought we were driving to park and get out or go around and we exited. What?! We were in shock in the car. Same at museum. We were taking out time to see the many incredible artifacts and felt rushed. Camel ride a must do as cool experience. Don’t go with homemade lunch. It was good but took away our time and what the rush was over. Too much personal talk and not much talk of history behind pyramids.
Had a great day with Marwa Galal as my guide. Had to pinch myself I was seeing the wonderful pyramids and then onto the spectacular and new Grand Museum. Thanks Virtue Tours and thanks Marwa. Pick up was good, driver excellent (watch out though, sometimes not all the seat belts work)

It was an exceptional tour and everything was wonderful The pyramids are very beautiful and we were able to enter inside the pyramid It was a wonderful experience and also in the Grand Egyptian Museum there are historical jewelry and very small antiquities It was a wonderful day thank you

My guide was Samira . I was the only tourist that has booked that day. Thus I got a privat tour. I liked it very much. Samira has deep knowledge about the ancient Egypt. She knows many details and facts. She also took care that I could make a lot of really nice photos. Lunch was also very good.

tailored to our needs. Marwa, our guide, was extremely knowledgable and we learned a lot. Water was provided in the nicely air conditioned car. Also, when we mentioned that we would need a nice coffee, Marwa made sure that we would take a break and get some. The buffet lunch was very high quality and all in all, the sites visited (Sakkara, Memphis and the pyramids) were stunning! We were not at all pressured to by anything anywhere and Marwa took lots of great pictures of us :) Thank you for the wonderful day!

We had an amazing full day tour with our guide, Marwa who took us to Memphis, Sakara, the great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Marwa Galal has a great vibe and is incredibly knowledgeable. My wife and I learned alot while also having a great time with an excellent lunch and local shops along the way! She thanks for a truly authentic and unforgettable experience (and for all the photos!
