A circa 1 ora da Atene, raggiungeremo il Canale di Corinto con i suoi panorami mozzafiato, dove potrai scattare foto uniche. Forse anche il bungee jumping!
Dopo circa 1:20 ore dalla nostra partenza da Atene, arriva all'antica città collinare di Micene e goditi un tour a piedi delle rovine di questo insediamento fortificato un tempo potente. Ascolta da una guida turistica come era la città, nel mito greco, governata dal re Agamennone, e guarda punti salienti come il Palazzo, la Tomba di Agamennone e la Porta del Leone.
Inizia con l'esplorazione dell'antica Epidauro, il luogo mitologico di nascita di Asclepio, il dio greco della guarigione. Visita le spettacolari reliquie, incluso il Santuario di Asclepio, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, con i suoi edifici crollati. Quindi, osserva l'antico teatro mozzafiato di Epidauro. Costruito nel IV secolo a.C., il colossale teatro è considerato uno dei più belli del mondo e vanta ancora un'acustica favolosa.
Arrivato a Nauplia, la città fu capitale della Prima Repubblica ellenica e del Regno di Grecia, dall'inizio della rivoluzione greca nel 1821 fino al 1834. We had a fabulous day visiting the Mycenae, Epidaurus and Nafplio! Theo was excellent. Pick up was smooth and easy at our hotel. Theo shared great information with us during the drive that helped us in our visit to the sites. This day was a highlight of our trip and I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic day with George- he was an amazing guide; we had a fantastic time on our full day tour of Corinth, Nafplio, and Mycenae. Peloponnese was really a nice area as expected. 😊 Harry made the tour even better as we felt very much comfortable and at ease in his company. He is kind, easy to talk to, good sense of humour, knowledgeable, and knows his way around. He has given us a lot of good information about Greek culture, the different places we visited/passed by. Again, another well constructed tour of the Peloponnese. As before, timely introduction and updates from our driver (Dimitris) made things go very smoothly. Although Dimitris was a different personality to Theo, he too was demonstrably proud of his country and went to great lengths to demonstrate many of the sites, history, context and events that shaped his history. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day and Dimitris was very pleasant company. Thanks for another great day!

The tour was excellent!! Giorgio was a wonderful and safe driver/guide very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and prepared us for what to do and see. So nice and restful to do things at your own pace and not be rushing to the bus or waiting on others. I strongly recommend this tour to all it is definitely worth it. It was wonderful and stress free and you are in control of what you want to see how long etc Also the tour company is excellent and very responsive. Answered all my questions is very timely manner

Amazing views from the top of Epidaurus and Mycenaes Archaelogical sites, Corinth Canal and Temple of Apollo. Sumptuous seafood in Nafplio and vistas of the beautiful bay and castles. Giorgos our tour guide explained much of fascinating Greek ancient and modern history, stopped often for amazing photo opportunities and providednus with a wonderful Greek loukumi treat.
