Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! The driver arrived exactly on time—actually a few minutes early, which completely took away any travel anxiety. The driving experience was incredibly smooth, professional, and comfortable. To top it off, they went above and beyond by offering additional amenities that made the ride feel truly premium. Outstanding service all around. I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a flawless ride!
Jorge really worked closely with us to tailor our trip to what we wanted to see and do! He called us in advance and discussed what we were interested in, also giving us suggestions for us to consider. Then, while on the trip, he gave us flexibility to adjust things as the day went along, and made more suggestions of places we would not have known about otherwise. He truly is a professional and knowledgeable guide, and we would definitely love to do another personalized trip with him at some point!

It was an excellent experience. Our driver, Mario, was fantastic. Todo Santos was our favorite, and we will for sure return there again with this particular tour company and driver. Thank you to the team at Browns for making our day a great one.

Choose a different company/excursion. I asked if they could modify the excursion and they agreed. I didn’t get the listing nor what I requested, just a wasted day. The company did not offer any kind of compensation for the lack of a tour.
We already explained this review 3 months ago, this is an old service which has already been posted, he is reviewing the same service again, I will post the same answer we gave him before: This person booked with us and took the tour over 3 months ago, everything went well with no issues, a month later he asks for a FULL refund because he didn't get to the beach he wanted after we told him it was difficult to get in, he was ok with going to another beach, these Baja beaches are some of the best in Mexico, well maintained, we had no issues with other clients when going to this beach, This person threatened us with posting a bad review unless we gave him a full refund in a 10 hour tour service, we have further proof of all of this in case Viator needs more info on the matter. As you can check and see, in a stretch of a few months, the only bad reviews we have are from this guy and for the same single service.

I contacted the company before booking to confirm if Balandra Beach would be part of the tour. I was told the driver would advise us on the best options and get us in. Based on that, I booked the tour. We drove all the way there only to be turned away at the entrance. If I had known access wasn’t guaranteed, I would have made other plans. The driver then took us to a different beach that was dirty with trash, what looked like sea roaches, full of flies, and nothing close to what we expected. We didn’t receive the full tour experience that was promised in the listing nor the one promised via email. I reached out for a refund, but the company refused to take responsibility. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I wouldn’t book with them again.

Luis was an excellent driver, who was very accommodating. The service overall was very good, and I highly reccomend
Roberto was very kind, and patient with us and very informative. We will recommend this tour. He took us to a very nice restaurant along with every thing else included in the tour.
If you plan to get anywhere around Cabo as well as other places like La Paz you better make reservations with Browns private services. The transportation was excellent. Our driver Mario was fantastic. He provided great driving, conversation, information about the area and more. He drove us by Hotel California on the way to La Paz. He called our whale shark tour guide to make sure where to meet and when we would arrive. Took us to coffee and helped 2 people of our group of 8 check the local water front in La Paz. Once we finished our whale shark tour in La Paz (Alonso tours was great) he took us to the best fish taco restaurant all of us have ever been. You have to ask for Mario from Browns for your driver if you want to find out the best fish tacos. After lunch we headed back to Cabo but stopped for ice cream along the way and stopped again at the best bakery. Bought a fresh baked cheese bread that didn’t last the night. Again, going to have to ask for Mario and Browns service to find out. You will not be disappointed. Made it back to Cabo after a wonderful full day of fun. Our group of 8 made some amazing memories. We can not thank Mario and Browns transportation services enough for going the second mile to make such a memorable trip.
