Itinerario
Un piacevole viaggio in treno per Kutná Hora durerà circa un'ora. La nostra prima tappa a Kutná Hora sarà l'antica abbazia cistercense più grande dell'Europa centrale con una splendida Cattedrale dell'Assunzione di Nostra Signora e San Giovanni Battista.
A pochi passi dalla Cattedrale si trova la Chiesa Cimiteriale di Tutti i Santi con l'Ossario. Scoprirai perché e come è stato creato l'Ossario e vedrai le incredibili opere d'arte, realizzate con ossa umane. Dopo la visita saliremo su un autobus che ci porterà in centro città.
Dopo il viaggio in autobus verso il centro città faremo una pausa pranzo di un'ora in un ristorante tradizionale ceco, dopodiché visiteremo le cantine nascoste sotto l'ex monastero di Sant'Orsola. Il tuo sommelier ti introdurrà nel loro elaborato processo di vinificazione, che segue i più rigorosi metodi biodinamici. Ciò è valso alla cantina il certificato DEMETER, rendendola l'unica azienda vinicola nella Repubblica Ceca a possederlo. Proveremo 8 campioni di vino, abbinati a formaggio e prosciutto.
Dopo la degustazione di vini visiteremo l'edificio più sorprendente di Kutná Hora: la cattedrale di Santa Barbara, che è quasi come un museo di stile architettonico gotico e la sua evoluzione nel corso degli anni. Poiché questa è l'ultima fermata in città, saliremo su un autobus che ci porterà alla stazione ferroviaria, da cui seguirà un viaggio di un'ora per tornare alla stazione ferroviaria principale di Praga.

Very informative and helpful guide - Mike - full of interesting facts and anecdotes. The wine tasting experience was excellent both in the information and the wines provided.
There is no photography allowed in the ossuary which was disappointing. Otherwise it was a great tour!
Amazing experience! Our tour guide Michal Wes superb. He picked us up at our hotel, took us by train to Kutna Hora, and guided us through the most important and beautiful historic places in the town. Michal provided a top rate narrative about the history and significance of each place. We had a wonderful lunch and the tour concluded with a wonderful wine tasting event at a local winery. This was an excellent full-day private tour.
Michal was an amazing guide, filling the day with facts about the history of our stops. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about wine and its provenance in the Czech Republic. We would absolutely use him again for another trip.
Despite the cold rainy weather, we were able to see so much in Kutná Hora - the Bone Church was a highlight, along with the cathedrals. Lunch brought a delicious break from the sightseeing and rainy weather - wonderful Czech cuisine. Wine tasting was lovely. We were able to try varietals that we have never had before in a relaxed setting with a few unique bites to pair along with them. Our guide, Michael, shared lots of stories throughout the day about Czech history and culture. He also guided us through traveling by Metro and train. Definitely recommend this day trip!

Absolutely brilliant day trip from Prague - it was well worth getting out of the capital and exploring Kutna Hora. It has a fascinating history in both silver mining and wine production. Our guide, Michal from Explore Prague, was incredibly knowledgeable and organised, and his tour was well paced and really interesting. We never felt rushed, and had plenty of time to see everything at each stop. Really interesting dive into some of the history of the area outside Prague. Lunch was delicious, and the wine tasting was absolutely delightful. It definitely elevated this day tour to something special.

Mike is brilliant fun and we had a great time learning about this charming town from him. He made the whole day so easy for us from the metro to the train to strolling through Kutná Hora. Lunch was delicious in a wonderful local restaurant with a cool garden. The wine tasting was wicked good and we loved touring the wine cellar. Mike taught us so much about Czech history and current industries. Best guide ever!
Michael was an outstanding guide and had an exceptional grasp of English and the history of Prague! I HIGHLY recommend him for any tours in Prague!
