Opzioni del tour
Itinerario

Wonderful experience . D was wonderful company on the trip and experienced guide ! We loved Hallstatt the best a fairy tale place !
What a wonderful trip! I highly recommend doing this tour. We had the tour van just for my group of 4. D was an excellent guide. He was friendly and his English was excellent! He provided information along our trip, and when we arrived at our locations. As we were the only ones, we were able to decide how long we stayed at each location. The van was comfortable and air conditioned. 10/10! Well worth the money.
Great trip and guidance from Darko!! So fun. We especially enjoyed all the narration from Darko during the private tour.
Here’s a warmer, more personal version: Our day trip to Salzburg and Hallstatt was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our vacation, and that was entirely thanks to our incredible guide, Darko. From the very beginning, Darko made us feel welcome and cared for. His knowledge of the history, culture, and traditions of the region was exceptional, but what made the day so special was the genuine passion and enthusiasm with which he shared it. Every story, every recommendation, and every stop added something meaningful to our experience. What impressed us most was how attentive and accommodating he was. He took the time to understand what we wanted from the day and thoughtfully tailored the tour to our interests, making sure we saw the places that mattered most to us without ever feeling rushed. It truly felt like spending the day with a knowledgeable local friend rather than simply being on a tour. Darko’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made us feel completely at ease, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Salzburg and Hallstatt. His recommendations and thoughtful touches made the day even more unforgettable. Thank you, Darko, for creating memories that we will treasure for years to come. We cannot recommend you highly enough to anyone looking for an authentic, personalized, and truly exceptional experience.
It was full day to Melk, Hallstatt and Salzburg. It was a very comfortable vehicle and interaction with Ewan, our guide/driver was wonderful. I do recommend this tour.
D was an outstanding driver and made our day trip to Melk, Hallstatt and Salzburg truly memorable. He was prompt, professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. His flexibility allowed us to enjoy the day at our own pace, and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Thanks to D, we had an amazing, stress free day and could simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and our time in Melk, Hallstatt and Salzburg. We truly appreciated his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly driver. Thank you, D!
We just got back from this tour and I’m still thinking about it. Booked this as a day trip out of Vienna with our teenage son, and honestly it exceeded every expectation. First stop was Melk Abbey, and wow — nothing prepares you for that high baroque interior. Photos don’t do it justice. We had enough time to properly wander through and take it all in without feeling rushed. Then Hallstatt. I’d seen the pictures everyone posts online and figured it was overhyped. It’s not. Pulling up along the lake with the mountains behind that little village is one of those “pinch me” travel moments. It really does feel like you walked into a fairytale. Salzburg was the perfect way to end the day — walking where Mozart grew up, spotting a few Sound of Music filming spots, and then taking the funicular up to Hohensalzburg Fortress for a late lunch with that view over the whole city. Hard to beat. The whole day ran smoothly, but honestly what made it was our guide, Romano. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and just made the whole experience feel personal instead of like a packed group tour. He answered every question, kept things moving at a good pace, and clearly loved what he does. If you’re staying in Vienna and trying to decide whether this trip is worth a full day, it absolutely is. Three completely different, beautiful places in one day, and a guide who made it even better. Highly recommend.
This was hands down one of the best private tours I’ve ever done! Visiting Hallstatt, Salzburg, and Melk in one day was an incredible experience, and our guide, Darko, made it absolutely unforgettable. Darko was phenomenal—he shared so many interesting and fun facts throughout the day, pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own, and gave us fantastic recommendations at every stop. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the long drive fly by with great conversation and insights about Austria’s history and culture. The itinerary was perfectly planned, the scenery was breathtaking, and every stop was worth it. If you’re considering this tour, do yourself a favor and ask for Darko. He truly made an amazing tour exceptional. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Austria without hesitation!

It was a great day! It was a long day for sure, but worth it. The day is broken up nicely. Our driver, D, was wonderful. He was very friendly and full of fun facts as well as historical facts.
