Itinerario
Situato a metà tra la bellissima Val D'Orcia e la Val di Chiana, Montepulciano è un borgo medievale perfetto per le cartoline grazie al suo bellissimo paesaggio. Non importa in quale direzione guardi, scoprirai luoghi mozzafiato, con le onde verdi delle colline e i campi dorati con i cipressi. Nel suo elegante centro storico, posto in cima alla collina, gli ospiti scopriranno la Piazza Grande, dominata dalla torre e la facciata gotica del Palazzo Comunale.
Non appena gli ospiti arrivano, scopriranno che molte delle cantine della città, la più antica, sono sotterranee. A Montepulciano le cantine sono luoghi molto speciali, dove l'estetica va di pari passo con gli aspetti funzionali e pratici. Gli ospiti godranno di una visita in una di quelle cantine sotterranee e avranno il cambio per iniziare a degustare deliziosi tipi di vino.
Su richiesta gli ospiti potranno godere di una visita guidata dei vigneti in una splendida fattoria situata fuori Montepulciano, dove gli ospiti avranno anche una deliziosa degustazione di vini. Non possono mancare i vini di alta qualità, come il Rosso di Montepulciano e il Vino Nobile. Successivamente, gli ospiti potranno gustare il pranzo (non incluso nel prezzo) in una trattoria tipica all’interno del paese, dove potranno gustare i sapori locali.
Dopo il pranzo, raggiungerai Pienza con il tuo autista che parla inglese. Pienza è conosciuta in tutto il mondo per la produzione del suo 'pecorino' e per la sua cucina tradizionale toscana. Questa cittadina è diventata Patrimonio dell'Umanità dell'UNESCO nel 1996 e oggi continua a mostrare al mondo il suo raffinato e sofisticato impianto urbanistico rinascimentale. Gli ospiti godranno di una vista panoramica della città e visiteranno il bellissimo centro cittadino, prima di iniziare ad assaggiare i deliziosi sapori locali! Alex Paolini was our driver today from Rome to the Tuscan wine country ans back. He was great in communicating before the trip and spoke perfect english. The van was brand new ans equipped with wifi ans plenty of chargers which the teenagers appreciated! He was kind to give us waters and cookies for the journey. He gave great restaurant and winery recommendations! We highly recommend this company and Alex!

We took a private tour for a day to explore Tuscany region with Best Rome Driver travel company. Our experience of the tour was elevated with Giuliano who was our driver. He was super friendly and provided us with a lot of information about the city and the history. It’s always nice to be able to interact with local and get their perspective. He also kept water in his car. I wanted to visit a winery and the travel company helped with the booking of the winery tour and wine tasting before we arrived. Super convenient and a great experience. I would strongly recommend booking with this company.

We had the most amazing day with Alex Paolini today. We have used Best Rome Driver multiple times and have so many amazing adventures.
