Questo è un tour personalizzato privato in un SUV di lusso. Sono un appassionato di storia e sono stato una guida privata per oltre 12 anni. Sono certificato dallo Stato del Colorado per guida privata e guida per tutti i miei tour. Guideremo da Larimer Square e dalla nuova area artistica di RiNo, dove ci sono molti murales di aziende che vengono dipinti ogni settembre. Questa è un'area piena di caffetterie, ristoranti e, naturalmente, micro birrerie.
Guideremo da Denver a Boulder Colorado e poi andremo a Lione e poi a Boulder e poi al Parco Nazionale delle Montagne Rocciose. Si prega di notare che nel periodo invernale il Parco Nazionale delle Montagne Rocciose è spesso chiuso al di sopra dei 10.500 piedi circa a causa della neve. Tuttavia, spesso è più facile raggiungere Bear Lake nel parco in inverno a causa della minore folla.
Grand Lake è un bellissimo lago di montagna nel Parco Nazionale delle Montagne Rocciose.
L'Alluvial Fan è un'ottima zona per vedere l'acqua che cade e fare un'escursione.
Dopo aver trascorso la giornata nel Parco Nazionale delle Montagne Rocciose, ci dirigeremo verso Estes Park per fare shopping e forse mangiare un boccone. Quindi torniamo a Denver attraversando Boulder Colorado, una bellissima città universitaria con un'atmosfera affascinante.
Sulla via del ritorno torneremo indietro attraverso Boulder Colorado e se mai ci fermeremo a Pearl Street Mall
Il Grand Lake è il più grande lago di montagna naturale delle montagne del Colorado. È anche un ottimo posto per un pranzo tardivo. Dopo pranzo, il viaggio di ritorno attraverso le montagne a Denver è assolutamente bellissimo. Si prega di notare che il Grand Lake non è accessibile dal lato est del parco a causa della neve nel periodo invernale.
Viaggeremo attraverso Winter Park e poi oltrepasseremo il famoso Birtha Pass o torneremo attraverso Boulder Colorado.

Ritiro da tutti gli hotel nel centro di Denver così come altri hotel nel raggio di 3 miglia dal Lower Downtown Denver, nonché Airb & B e altre case nella zona di Denver. Se siete più fuori come l'aeroporto o l'hotel dell'aeroporto suggerirei di incontrarci fuori Union Station nel centro di Denver. Incoraggio i clienti a prendere la metropolitana leggera in quanto è un'esperienza piacevole e il mio charter non mi permette di fare pick up dall'aeroporto. Né faccio normalmente pick up hotel aeroporto come è al di fuori della mia area charter, ma lo farò per un costo aggiuntivo. Si prega di notare che in inverno il tour è tra le 8 e le 9 ore in quanto parte del parco è chiuso in vetta a causa della neve. Tuttavia siamo in grado di arrivare a quasi 10.000 piedi e andare all'iconico Lago degli Orsi che è molto difficile in estate ma non in inverno.

First of all, you think you are booking with Amtrak but in fact it is Aspire Tours. They are licensed to use the Amtrak name. You have only one day on the train, about 10 hours. The rest of the trip is on busses run by Salt Lake Express. The train portions was as scenic as advertised. Dinner was $45 PP. Be advised that you spend your nights in hotels. All very nice but it's up to you to get there. Budget about $300 for Uber expenses. The tour busses, small to full size were all very good. Search Trip Advisor for my critique of Salt Lake Express. Too long to write it all again. Just know it concerns a 7 hour delay and the police. My advice is to take the train portion, then rent a car in Yellowstone for the trip back to Salt Lake. Definitely book a tour at Yellowstone and Rocky Mountain or you will miss a lot. Book the whole thing yourself instead of Amtrak Tours. Book everything separately so you are in control. In Yellow stone we stayed at the Gray Wolf Inn. Newly remodeled. Very Nice. The tour also set us up at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center and the Warwick Denver Hotel. The Warwick is a very nice hotel but not in a good area of town.
It was absolutely an over the top experience! Brad was such an accommodating tour guide, and we saw some of the most beautiful sites ever! Brad really went out of his way to make us feel special and customize our trip to exactly how we wanted it. We highly recommend this private tour far above larger group tours. Thank you Brad for making our day great!
I lived in Denver so trips to Estes Park and RMNP are old hat for me. The new park system requires visitors to get a timed entry into the park and you must enter during that 2-hour window. If you enter during your assigned time, you can leave the Park and return. No timed pass is required before 9am or after 4pm. I stay at a friend's home, so I can't speak to accommodations. During the summer, downtown Estes Park is elbow-to-elbow people. The ideal time for a visit is early June or after Labor Day. The drive up Independence Pass is easy for mountain drivers but can be a bit scary for "flat-landers!" However, It's spectacular and there is still snow at the top in June. The road generally doesn't open until Memorial Day. The snowbank on each side of the road after it's first plowed can easily be more than 10 ft. high. There is also hiking (trails from easy to "you've got to be kidding!", horseback riding, etc. etc. Activities abound.
We had a great time with our guide Brad who showed us the sights of the Rockies and us being handicapped helped my husband get around with his sitting walker and removing walker from car and going and getting drinks for us and also took some pictures for us. We appreciated what he did for us. He was great and we appreciated his help.
Brad was very helpful from the moment I first contacted him about doing a tour. I was very pleased with his responsiveness, his tips and advice about what to focus on and especially with his patience in dealing with all my questions. The tour itself was very relaxing and enjoyable for both my husband and me. Brad went out of his way to make sure we saw all the things that interested us!
Brad is an excellent tour guide. He gave us an wonderful and memorable tour of Rocky Mountain National Park. He knew exactly which sights to take us to and supplemented the awesome beauty of the Park with his tremendous knowledge of the Park as well as other parts of Colorado. We look forward to taking more tours with him on future trips to Colorado. We highly recommend him as a tour guide.
Eric made us laugh while informing us of all the beauty and nature details around us. He even turned around once so we could see some elk we had missed near the road a few yards earlier. Ask for Eric when you go! Well worth the price. It saved my husband from us screaming "you're too close to the edge!.......get over!" so he was able to enjoy the view as well!
