Non è solo ciò che facciamo, ma come lo facciamo. Siamo una piccola azienda, solo famiglia e amici, con anni di esperienza di guida in Islanda. Ci piace dare un caloroso benvenuto ai nostri ospiti e mostrare loro la nostra bellissima isola. Molti di noi hanno esperienza nelle arti, alcuni hanno provato a fare politica, ma più importante abbiamo tutti esperienze della vita che ci aiutano a capire che questa vacanza, tu stai programmando, è un momento sacro per te e il tuo gruppo. Uno dei posti più famosi d'Islanda. È qui che i Vichinghi si riunivano ogni estate per discutere della legge, rendere convinzioni e, naturalmente, praticare la politica del loro tempo (qualcosa che in realtà non è cambiato molto in 1.000 anni) Il Parco Nazionale è anche un posto unico in termini di geologia, per questo è il luogo in cui è possibile vedere chiaramente come le placche tettoniche si stiano staccando in Islanda.
Visitiamo la zona delle sorgenti termali di Haukadalur, la casa di Geysir, il geyser di cui tutti i geyser prendono il nome. Anche se il vecchio Geysir è rimasto inattivo per un po 'di tempo, il suo fratellino Strokkur erompe magnificamente ogni pochi minuti.

Our second day-trip in July with Reykjavik Erupts was the Golden Circle. Jakob came to pick-up and brought us home. He personalised the Golden Circle using less travelled paths allowing Iceland "to do us" like Dofri, the owned of the business, told me when we spoke. The trip was adpated to the varying needs of 65 year old dad and of younger kids - taking the weather into account, so that we did much, but not too much. We left really satisfied - of our discoery of Iceland. And much of what we saw or heard made our further days in Iceland more fruitful.
Dofri was great, we had a great time. He taught so much about Icelandic history. I couldn't recommend him high enough.

After having travelled extensively and written all sorts of reviews, writing a review for this trip seems more difficult than an exam. Words fall short to describe the warm and luxurious manner with which Dofri treated us. Educated and literate, generous and considerate, intelligent and witty, fun loving with a flair for telling stories and all that you can imagine is what barely describes him. He was always ready to capture our best moments with the lens . Dofri has a unique way of dealing with children; even the most reserved children befriend him easily. Iceland means Reykjavik Erupts; Reykjavik Erupts means Dofri. Thank you for the everlasting memories.

Our tour of the Golden Circle was incredible! The our guide, Dagur, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He knew all the good spots to go, and always made sure we stayed safe with the weather. Would highly recommend!!

Had an excellent time with our tour guides, they truly made the experience a unique and unforgettable time. Both in terms of convenience and experience with the area we had a great time with our whole group. The stories they told kept our attention and gave us great things to add to the experience.
This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. This was my first time in Iceland and I am glad to say that I it was everything I had imagined and more because of Reykjavik Erupts. Our tour guide, Dofri, was truly amazing and very knowledgeable. He would often grace us with many stories about the local culture, sites, and his own life, which made the whole experience feel a lot more personal compared to what you would get from one of those large tour companies. If you are planning a trip to Iceland and want an unforgettable experience, I would highly recommend booking with Reykjavik Erupts.
The tour was just as great as the views. The tour guide knew exactly where to stop for great pictures, and he was patient the entire time, even though our group wasn’t the most punctual. Another thing I loved about the tour was how knowledgeable he was—he shared stories about the island, along with some fun facts

Thank you to Dofri for being an amazing guide! He was very patient and we were able to get a beautiful view of the northern lights. He really put in a lot of effort to make sure we had a good experience and brought a lot of enthusiasm and humor even when it was taking a bit to find anything at first. Would definitely recommend! He had a lot of fun and historical stories and it was great having him as our guide for the Golden Circle as well. We had no regrets booking!
Dofiri was an amazing guide, with so much patience as we hunted the northern lights. He also brough up the energy by making us sing and not letting us lose our enthusiasm whenever we got too cold! Would definetely recommend him for a tour!
