Itinerario
Questo tour attraversa il confine tra Belize occidentale e Guatemala. Il processo di attraversamento della frontiera con noi è semplice e assistito dal nostro team. Pagherai prima la tassa di partenza del Belize (20 USD) a persona e riceverai un timbro di uscita sul passaporto. Vi assisteremo poi alla frontiera guatemalteca, dove riceverete il vostro timbro di ingresso. L'intero processo di attraversamento della frontiera dura circa 30 minuti.
Dopo circa 1 ora di guida all'interno del Guatemala, faremo una breve sosta per scattare foto del Lago Petén Itzá, uno dei tre laghi più grandi del Guatemala.
Dopo un totale di 2 ore di auto dal confine, arriverai al Parco Nazionale di Tikal, dove è il momento di prepararsi per la tua visita guidata. La tua Guida Esperta locale ti guiderà attraverso i punti salienti del sito archeologico di Tikal, tra cui la Grande Piazza con il Tempio I e il Tempio II, l'Acropoli Nord, l'Acropoli Centrale, il Tempio III, il Tempio IV e il complesso del Mondo Perduto. Avrai tempo libero per scalare templi selezionati e scattare foto dai migliori punti di vista, come consigliato dalla tua Guida. Mentre cammini lungo i sentieri della giungla, puoi avvistare flora e fauna locale, come scimmie ragno, scimmie urlatrici, coatis, tacchini, tucani e molte altre specie di uccelli. Dopo una visita guidata di circa 3,5-4 ore, sarà il momento di iniziare il viaggio di ritorno.
Sulla via del ritorno da Tikal, guideremo per circa 30 minuti verso un ristorante locale per gustare il pranzo incluso. Avrete cinque opzioni di menu tra cui scegliere, tra opzioni vegetariane e vegane, con una bevanda inclusa. Siediti e goditi il tuo pasto servito con tortillas di mais fatte a mano.
Dopo pranzo, guideremo per circa 1,5 ore di ritorno al confine. Il nostro team vi assisterà con il passaggio della frontiera per tornare in Belize. Non sono richieste tasse di frontiera al valico di ritorno.

Our group had a wonderful time with Yumi and Israel. Yumi was a very fun, knowledgeable, friendly, personal guide. The sites were amazing and we were so glad we went. Would recommend to anyone.
We took a day trip to Tikal from San Ignacio with my parents. Our tour guide for the day was Sergio who made the trip really special!!! We loved the visit to the Tikal Mayan site. The history is breathtaking and truly a wonder of the world. The lunch that was provided was also delicious. We would definitely recommend this trip. Thank you Sergio!!
We did a day trip from our hotel in San Ignacio and had a great time. Everything was managed from drivers to guides. We had a little hiccup in our set up but we wouldn’t have even known and it made absolutely no difference to our day. In fact, we ended up interacting with two extra guides beyond our assigned one and got even more perspectives on the ruins. Had many laughs and a brilliant time touring these amazing ruins (would also say, if you are not sure whether Tikal is worth it, it absolutely is and having a guide is essential to get the full experience). Highly recommend the tour and the company that did it for us!
Our tour guide has lived in the Tikal his whole life and had incredible knowledge of the area and history. The visit to Tikal probably wouldn’t be worth it without the tour guide. He also took us down trails that the larger groups didn’t take so we always had a more personal experience

Great experience overall. From having a contact help with the Belize-Guatemala border crossing, to the drive to Tikal and meeting our guide was all done seamlessly. Our guide was very good, able to explain the history of the various sites as well as the plant and animal life around us. It made for a much better experience than if we went just ourselves. There is a fair amount of walking and stairs due to the scale of the ruins, so be ready for some exertion, but well worth the effort!
