Il tour inizierà da Málaga, Marbella o dal confine di Gibilterra (lato spagnolo). Inoltre, possiamo iniziare il tour direttamente nel porto di Tarifa nel caso tu abbia il tuo veicolo. Prenderai il traghetto da Tarifa fino a Tangeri. Una volta a Tangeri incontrerai la tua guida e autista privati. Faremo un giro attraverso diversi quartieri e aree circostanti, comprese diverse soste in punti panoramici meravigliosi, una breve pausa a Capo Spartel dove l'Oceano Atlantico incontra il Mar Mediterraneo, una visita alle mitiche Grotte di Ercole. Avrai anche l'opportunità di goderti un giro in cammello di 15 minuti! Successivamente, avrai la possibilità di visitare la Kasbah (fortezza) e ammirare la Medina (città vecchia). Ci dirigeremo poi verso Asilah per conoscere questa città unica. Passeggia per la città e goditi la sua stretta e bellissima atmosfera da centro storico. Alla fine riporterai il traghetto a Tarifa dove il tuo autista ti riporterà al nostro alloggio.

Medina di Asilah è una cittadina del Marocco nella provincia di Asilah-Safi costruita su un minuscolo isolotto, situato a circa 5 chilometri dalla costa atlantica. È stato abitato fin dalla preistoria e ha raggiunto il nome attuale nel 691 d.C. quando il califfo Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan lo riconquistò dai Visigoti. La città ha un'antica medina con strade strette e tortuose.
La Tangeri Casbah, patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO, è la parte più antica di questa vivace città e del suo centro storico. È una tradizionale residenza marocchina nel quartiere della medina di Tangeri. È un complesso murato simile a una fortezza che contrasta nettamente con gli spazi aperti dei suk o mercati della città.
La medina, o città vecchia, di Tangeri è un museo a cielo aperto. È un labirinto di vicoli sia commerciali che residenziali. Vale la pena esplorare per i numerosi piccoli negozi e bancarelle in offerta per acquistare di tutto, dai gioielli marocchini al pesce fresco, o semplicemente per immergersi nell'atmosfera di questa affascinante città africana.
La Grotta di Ercole si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla costa, sulle colline che dominano Tangeri. La grotta, ora crollata e ricoperta da una collina di sabbia, era un tempo utilizzata come luogo di ritrovo segreto da contrabbandieri e pirati di tutto il mondo. The transfers to and from our hotel in Torremolinos went smoothly…our driver was there early on the way out and the return driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the port as well. The tour itself was wonderful, too. We saw so many sights that we had wanted to see and it was plain to see that the timing of everything had been well considered. Breakfast and lunch stops were delicious and shopping was selected to ensure we would pick up what we wanted to look for. Our driver Nour Edine was on point with timing and keeping us comfortable and Jamal was the perfect guide and host to his city. Adding Asilah was something we weren’t sure we needed to do but I’m glad we did. It’s very impressive to see and in both cities Jamal masterfully guided us through less populated routes to see lesser known sights and to avoid the crowds. Note to those who book…bring some cash with…our exchange source had a limited amount of Moroccan Dirham and we found ourselves having to get creative a bit for the last few items (lunch was cash only), but we made it work. Definitely worth booking!
