"Gỏi đu đủ" - l'insalata di papaya viene originariamente offerta nel mio tour dal 2018. Il piatto di insalata di papaya comprendeva lunghi filamenti di papaya verde tagliata sottile, arachidi tostate, un tipo di quello che penso fosse carne secca (la roba nera a sinistra lato del mio piatto), una meravigliosa aggiunta di coriandolo vietnamita a fette e infine una manciata di frittelle extra croccanti, una specie di cracker fritti, in cima. *fresco, buonissimo e assolutamente da provare
Da circa la metà del secolo esistono condomini di Nguyen Thien Thuat, dove avremo la zuppa di manzo di Hue. La maggior parte delle persone che vivono lì non vogliono lasciare il luogo di vita familiare. Alcuni di loro sono vicini di casa sin dalla guerra del Vietnam.
Ho Thi Ky è il più grande mercato dei fiori di Ho Chi Minh City, fornisce fiori alla città e ad alcune province del sud del Vietnam. Fondato negli anni '80, questo è un luogo raro che mantiene le caratteristiche della vecchia Saigon.
Uno dei popolari cibi di strada da non perdere quando visiti il Vietnam per la prima volta. Banh xeo si riferisce al pancake frizzante che contiene diversi ingredienti tra cui carne di maiale, gamberetti, cipolla, germogli di soia e fagioli mung.

I can highly recommend this tour. Our guides Ricky, Levi, Keven and there was other young man whose name I can not remember. All four guide were outstanding, knowledgeable and fun! The food was amazing and thr ride on the back of the motor cycle was also a great experience! 10/10!
Down to earth guides. Took us to many places outside the usual food tourgroups which felt personal. Great knowledge and happy to share their culture which is what we were looking for. Recommend to anyone wanting a more personal tour.
We had such a nice experience. If you really want to have a local food tour, take it. Our guides were Roger and Will, very kind and gentle! We hey took us to local places and explain to us everything about the food. So recommended the tour.
Excellent food great vibes and the motorbike ride was great
Absolutely our favorite thing we did in Saigon! We did all the normal tourist sights before this food tour, but we actually felt like we experienced the city the most when riding around the city on mopeds trying all these authentic restaurants and street food away from the beaten tourist path. Our guides were also absolutely fantastic. They were so funny and energetic and happy to answer all our questions. Their English is also great. Would recommend them to anyone going to Saigon!

This was such an incredible experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip! I took my parents, age 60 and 61 and we had a wonderful time. There was an abundance of food on offer! We were met by Huy, who was lovely, and he informed us of where we would be visiting. Then Thai and Nguyen joined to begin our tour. Thai was so entertaining, and had a wealth of interesting facts and knowledge about local areas, having grown up here himself. He had us laughing the whole evening. Huy was very informative and lovely, also explaining all the dishes and ingredients. Nguyen was so sweet - he is new to the company and did an excellent job driving my mother around - she had great chats with him. The food was excellent! We particularly enjoyed the beef stew and the Vietnamese pancakes, but everything was fantastic. It was lovely to drive around the different districts and experience eating at local places that we would never have stumbled across, if it weren’t for this tour! The views were also wonderful. The roads were chaotic, as always, in Vietnam, but we were in safe hands and thoroughly enjoyed weaving through the traffic! I would highly recommend doing this tour to experience Ho Chi Minh, authentically! Thank you for a wonderful evening, boys!

Doing a food tour on a motorbike through Ho Chi Minh City was such a highlight of our trip. The food was incredible and riding through the busy city traffic was an unforgettable experience. Big thanks to our awesome guides Tom, Bin, and Chu — they were friendly, fun, and made us feel completely safe on the bikes. Highly recommend this tour!
