Mentre ci imbarchiamo in questo viaggio gastronomico, visiteremo anche I quartieri più belli di Rio: Santa Teresa, Urca, Flamengo e Lapa! Avremo l'opportunità di visitare un tipico mercato di strada dove impareremo tutto sulla frutta e la verdura autoctone del Brasile, assaggeremo i tipici deliziosi sapori carioca come empada, tapioca, pão de queijo, la zuppa di feijoada, il mondo - Famosi açaí brasiliani, caffè e caipirinha oltre a meravigliosi deserti! Potremmo anche visitare il famoso mercato del nord-est brasiliano a São Cristóvão, dove ascolteremo la musica tipica della regione e assaggeremo le crepes di tapioca salate o dolci.

Inizieremo il nostro meraviglioso tour assaggiando il nostro famoso açaí super-alimentare e i dolci caramellati brigadeiro e quindim! (opzionale a proprie spese)
Proveremo il delizioso Caldinho de feijão, un tipo di zuppa di fagioli neri per farti assaporare la passione di Rio! (facoltativo a proprie spese)
Avremo l´indimenticabile esperienza di visitare un mercato di strada di frutta e verdura a Rio per saperne di più sul nostro cibo tipico esotico! (facoltativo a proprie spese, i quartieri del mercato possono variare)
Proveremo diverse bottiglie al gusto di Cachaça.
Assaggeremo la tapioca, la nostra nutriente crêpe senza glutine a base di amido di manioca! (facoltativo a proprie spese)
Termineremo il tour in un bar molto popolare nello splendido quartiere di Urca e, da una splendida vista del tramonto, assaggeremo le empadinhas (mini torte con ripieno a scelta: cuori di palma, gamberetti o pollo .) e il pastello. Gnam Gnam! (opzionale a proprie spese)
Mentre ammiriamo tutto il lungomare di Copacabana, visiteremo la pasticceria più tradizionale del Brasile, la Confeitaria Colombo e i suoi deliziosi pasticcini.

Love street food? Will love this tour. Not only could I eat a lot of foods but was able to learn about them as well!
A great experience to travel around the city with an experienced guide who knows the language and history to provide more context about what we are seeing and eating.
This tour provides a great overview to typical foods enjoyed by Brazilians. We experianced a popular local street market. And enjoyed classic dishes of northern Brazil. Our guide Gabrielle had good knowledge of the local cuisine. We have been on over 20 food tours in many countries and this was a memorable one for its representation of the local cuisine.
Great food, great vibes , great everything! Flavio was such an amazing guide having knowledge of all the food I ate but even more better the culture of Brazil. Great way to know the city and enjoy the food. Highly recommend!
Flavio was a wonderful guide, and provided the history of the various neighborhoods we visited. There were 6 stops and we had a good variety of tastes. You have to buy your own food, but everything was reasonably priced.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this tour!! Flavio was our tour guide and he did an amazing job of taking us to many different parts of the city to try all of the local food favorites! The food was delicious and Flavio really made it a fun and easy experience! I highly recommend this tour!

Gabby was our tour guide and she was great! Our flight was 3 hours late, which made us late for our hotel pickup. Then there was a mixup with where we were to be picked up, but Gary and Alex (our driver) were very accommodating and took us to a wonderful Brazilian restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was superb. We only were able to experience one place Due to the late pickup, but I would highly recommend this tour and would Definitely book it again.

Gabby was an amazing and knowledgeable guide and we really got to know the wonderful city of Rio through the food. It was our first day in Rio and the best way to see so many neighborhoods and try so many traditional foods. The best part part was the flexibility in trying foods; you could get what you want according to your tastes and needs. We highly recommend this tour.
