The best experience of our lives, our first family Eurotrip with my elderly parents, and my biggest fear was the language and the transportation, but with Micaela and Santiago, every fear disappeared. They are excellent guides, with great professionalism and great charisma, always thinking about my parents' comfort and ensuring they could see Paris and that we could take home a beautiful memory that we still hold onto to this day from the days we spent in Paris. Without a doubt, I plan to return (God willing with my parents) and use their services again, which are A1.

From the first moment, we highlighted the comfort and impeccable cleanliness of the vehicle, as well as the peace of mind of being picked up and dropped off directly at the hotel door. A detail that made the whole experience much more comfortable, especially when traveling as a family. We want to especially thank the driver and guide for their patience, attention, and kindness toward my parents, who are seniors, and also toward my 3-year-old son. At all times, they were mindful of making sure we all felt comfortable, respecting our pace and needs. In addition to being kind, respectful, and very professional people, they demonstrated great knowledge and wisdom about the city of Paris. It was not simply a tour, but an experience full of stories, information, and details that allowed us to get to know the city in a much more special way. Without a doubt, an experience we recommend 100%, do not hesitate to take this tour!!!

It was a wonderful experience. Micaela generously walked us through the whole city, explained details and curiosities to us, waited for us when necessary, and took us to recommended places to eat. She made us spend some wonderful days. While we were walking, they took some very nice photos of us and edit unforgettable videos. We highly recommend them.

We lived one of the best experiences of our lives. Mica was excellent from beginning to end: she took us to see Paris in record time, always in new, comfortable, and impeccable vehicles, and she was attentive to helping us with every detail of our trip. Mica's friendliness, warmth, and good disposition made everything much easier and more pleasant. Besides, even the photos she took of us turned out excellent! As a family, we loved the experience; they are magical places. Micaela was our guide and she was a very charismatic person and knowledgeable about every place we went. Although I think the tour was short, it was very beautiful; we give it a 9/10.

The experience with Transfer Latam was a 10 from the start, where I felt super comfortable, with a good atmosphere, and above all, the history and little tips that Micaela gave me about Paris were of great help during my stay there!! Everything was perfectly organized, allowing us to enjoy the beauty and charm of the city without any stress. At the end of our tour, we had tickets to visit the summit of the Eiffel Tower, which was truly unforgettable. To make it even better, they kindly came back to pick us up and take us safely back to the hotel—such a thoughtful touch!
