Itinerario
Quindi, l'esercito persiano circonda i greci.

Great experience with our guide, Nikos. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The Thermopylae site is undergoing improvements but completely accessible and apparently easier to navigate than in the past. Nikos pointed out all the key sites and was very flexible on what we wanted to explore. Great day

The experience was incredible and honestly surreal. The museum admission was very affordable, and the trip itself was exactly the right length. The atmosphere there was amazing — you could really feel the history around you. My guide made it even better with how knowledgeable he was about Thermopylae and Greek history overall, while also being super friendly and accommodating. I’d absolutely do the trip again with him and the company, and I’d easily recommend it to others.

A great experience for those interested on military history. There were two of us in the group and th driver engaged with us sharing his knowledge about Thermopyle and the battles that preceded and followed it. He also described points of interest along the way. The museum is small and fee, which wasn't included was 3 Euros, so no issue, but have the correct amount ready. The lunch stop was a great spot, with amazing views of the Aegean and nearby islands. Excellent for enthusiasts.

I had a fantastic experience on my tour to Thermopylae. Our driver/guide was very friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable, which made the trip both enjoyable and informative. He was also very punctual and professional, which made the entire day run smoothly. What I appreciated most was how attentive he was to our needs throughout the journey. He regularly checked in to see if we wanted to make extra stops, whether for photos, a quick break, or simply to take in the scenery. That level of flexibility made the tour feel relaxed and personalized rather than rushed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting Thermopylae in a comfortable and well-organized way.

It's difficult to review this fairly. Our driver was pleasant, friendly and helpful, and an excellent, safe driver. However, Thermopylae itself is not a good day out. The 'museum' has almost nothing in it bar a 3D film explaining the battle quite well - for an extra EU3 each! The two monuments are impressive, but other than that, there is nothing to see at the battlefield site. The hot springs 'spa' is just a hydrothermal spring and waterfall. As it was the middle of winter we did not bring our swimming gear, but there was plenty of time had we wanted to sit in the hot sulphurous water
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you found your driver pleasant, friendly, and a safe, excellent driver—that’s something we take great pride in. Thermopylae is a site whose value is strongly tied to its historical significance rather than the amount of physical attractions on display. For visitors deeply interested in ancient history, especially the Battle of Thermopylae, the location and monuments can feel powerful for others, it can understandably feel underwhelming in terms of “things to do.” The hot springs, too, are very natural and rustic rather than a developed spa—some guests enjoy that simplicity, while others expect more facilities. We truly appreciate you sharing both the positives and the limitations of the experience. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
