La nostra prima tappa dopo 25 minuti di guida sarà l'unico Lago di Vouliagmeni. È una delle attrazioni naturali più impressionanti di Atene, ma anche del mondo ed è stata classificata tra le 10 migliori attrazioni della Grecia secondo Forbes. Qui gusteremo il nostro tradizionale caffè greco. Fino a quando non arriveremo, guideremo lungo l'idilliaca strada costiera, piena di palme e bellissime spiagge. Limni è il gioiello nascosto della riviera ateniese. È un sito Natura 2000 e il Ministero della Cultura lo ha dichiarato luogo di speciale bellezza naturale. Sin dai tempi antichi, è noto per le sue proprietà curative ed è l'unico lago curativo dell'Attica. Ti troverai di fronte a un raro fenomeno geologico che dona pace lontano dalla chiassosa Atena. Vi parleremo dei miti della seconda guerra mondiale e degli studi contemporanei sulla sua biodiversità unica.
Goditi il superbo percorso di Laimos Vouliagmenis dove passeremo davanti all'antico tempio di Apollo Zostiras e ci ritroveremo al promontorio dove avrai l'opportunità di incantevoli foto panoramiche. Chiedi alla tua guida di mostrarti la fantastica chiesa costruita dai bambini dell'orfanotrofio, decorata con conchiglie della zona.
Lasciamo alle nostre spalle la bellissima Vouliagmeni e guidiamo per 25 minuti sulla idilliaca strada costiera fino al Tempio di Poseidone. Un percorso superbo e calmo con decine di piccoli porti e fantastici spot per la fotografia. Arriveremo al Tempio unico di Poseidone. Un tempio posto in cima alla collina con una vista a 360 gradi verso l'Egeo. Un’esperienza magica che sarà davvero indimenticabile. Se il tempo lo permette, ci fermeremo al villaggio in rovina con la chiesa bianca che domina il Tempio di Poseidone per foto uniche.
Ci siamo lasciati alle spalle Sounio e dopo 50 minuti di guida raggiungiamo il centro di Atene e il suo quartiere più storico, Plaka sotto l'Acropoli. Qui, faremo un breve tour e ti daremo consigli sui posti giusti dove mangiare e bere.
Arroccato drammaticamente sulle scogliere di Capo Sounion, il Tempio di Poseidone è uno dei monumenti più iconici vicino ad Atene. Sidecars were ok but it started raining and we were responsible for getting ourselves back to the Port.
Hello, tour was fine but rain started and we were left in Athens and needed to pay for our own transportation back to the port. Plus we were a party of 6 so we had to have 2 taxis. Very unfortunate.
Absolutely amazing! We loved our ride, even though the weather didn’t cooperate and we had to stay local we had a great time seeing more sites in Athens … Dimitris was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to the highest point in Athens. I would recommend anyone to book this!! Just so much fun I could t stop smiling!

From the moment I booked the tour, communication from the tour operator was really great. Dimitris helped us coordinate so we were able to take this tour as soon as we arrived in Athens. He communicated clearly and often and was so helpful through the entire process. Our guide, Stavros, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of wonderful information about the area, the sites and the history. It was very hot the day we did the tour and he made sure we had water and food breaks as needed as well as a swim at a local, less crowded beach. Some of the locations we wanted to visit were closed due to the extreme heat and he was able to alter our itinerary and take us to some other interesting locations. He was so much fun and we really enjoyed our time with him. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We had such a fun time on the Half Day Sidecar Private Tour to Poseidon Temple with Hellas Vintage Tours! From start to finish, everything felt safe, smooth, and incredibly enjoyable. Riding on the back of the motorcycle and then switching to the sidecar (my husband and I swapped halfway through) was a blast — such a cool way to see the sights. The ride was about 90 minutes each way, but we loved the adventure aspect of that. The highlight was absolutely the Temple of Poseidon — it’s even more stunning in person, perched dramatically above the sea. The coastal drive along the Athens Riviera was beautiful, and the whole experience felt special and memorable. Hellas Vintage Tours did a great job organizing everything. Highly recommend this tour if you're looking for something different, fun, and scenic while in Athens!

Twelve days in Greece and this was the best! My granddaughter and I (ages 17 and 78) loved the experience of riding in the sidecar, the trip along the stunning coast, and seeing the incredibly beautiful temple of Poseidon. While perhaps not for the faint of heart, you will have the experience of a lifetime. Demetrius, our driver, was as handsome as he was charming and spoke excellent English. When we look back on our trip in future years, this is the memory we will remember best.
