Visiting Dalí’s home in Portlligat, hiking to the Cala Nans Lighthouse, enjoying lunch at Cap de Creus, and wandering the charming streets of Cadaqués each became richer experiences because of the stories and context Bruno shared. We especially appreciated his thoughtfulness. As vegans, we often have to plan meals carefully while traveling, but Bruno recommended excellent vegan-friendly options for both lunch and dinner and even chose to follow a vegan diet himself that day so we could enjoy the experience together. One aspect that truly stood out was the amount of time Bruno dedicated to making our experience exceptional. Spending nearly 14 hours with us—from driving us to and from Barcelona to guiding us throughout the day—demonstrated a level of commitment and personal attention that went well beyond what we’ve experienced on most tours. Despite the length of the day, the time flew by thanks to Bruno’s energy, enthusiasm, and engaging storytelling, which kept every part of the journey enjoyable and memorable. We left with a much deeper appreciation for the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean lifestyle. While this day trip is an outstanding introduction to the region, it also convinced us that there is so much more to discover and that spending a night or two in the Costa Brava is well worth considering. We highly recommend touring with Bruno to anyone looking for an authentic, engaging, and unforgettable experience.

From the very beginning, Bruno made the trip feel effortless. He was welcoming, easy to talk to, and had a way of sharing local history, cuisine, and the art scene that felt natural and engaging rather than rehearsed. What I appreciated most was how attentive he was to my own interests. He adjusted the pace and stops to make sure it matched what I wanted to see and experience. We spent time in Cadaqués, strolling along the promenade, exploring small galleries, and even meeting some local artists. On top of that, he introduced me to some incredible food at places that were very local and far from the usual tourist routes. It felt like spending the day with a knowledgeable friend who genuinely enjoys sharing his part of the world. It is difficult to put into words how amazing my Costa Brava tour with Bruno was. I had the privilege of exploring so many beautiful towns and villages along the coast such as S'Agaró, Calella de Palafrugell, and Begur, as well as smaller hidden coves like Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna. Bruno also arranged for a private tour to Cadaqués the next day which was the highlight of my week-long trip in Spain. Bruno was incredibly warm, welcoming, and hospitable. He made this a one-of-a-kind intimate experience where I learned so much about the culture and history of this region thanks to his passion and knowledge as a local. He provided pick up and drop off from my hotel in his Mercedes and went the extra length to make sure I was comfortable. He also arranged for us to have lunch in the nicest restaurants and coffee at some charming cafes and hotel bars. I've traveled to many places and met many tour guides but this experience was next level. I had a phenomenal time with someone that I am thankful to have met.
