The entire itinerary of the lava fields. We had a fabulous tour guide. Dry knowledgeable and would define recommend him.
In spite of the cold and windy conditions it was a most enjoyable day. This tour took us through a less traveled peninsula and was well worth the time. The bridge spanning the two plates was amazing. It was a pleasure to spend the day with our guide, Bjarni.
BJ gave us an excellent tour of the Rekjanes peninsula showing us sights we had not seen before. He was very informative and had a great deal of knowledge of the area. While the weather wasn't ideal being from Minnesota we are use to it we forged ahead seeing many great sight in ways many people rarely see. This gave us many great photos. Highly recommend BJ and BTH travel.
Great tour! We had a lot of fun and our guide was amazing! He told us a lot of stories about Iceland
I didn't mean to stop over in Iceland, but a snafu with my booking to Sweden meant I had a day in Keflavik. I decided I wanted a 1/2 day tour in case I was too tired on about 3 hours sleep with the overnight flight from Minneapolis to really appreciate a full day tour. Bjarn was an excellent guide and host. He told funny stories about local history and culture. He was considerate about taking pictures, providing water, stopping to get a snack at the Blue Lagoon. The tour was an excellent introduction to the South West coast. It made me want to come back again when I have more time.
