Vi verremo a prendere dal vostro alloggio a Firenze entro le 9:00. Il nostro autista sarà normalmente al vostro indirizzo entro le 8:45. Ci dirigeremo poi alla prima cantina, il che richiederà circa 1 ora.
Fattoria e Cantina di Bacchereto si trova sulle colline di Carmignano, a breve distanza da Firenze. Questa cantina boutique è gestita dalla stessa famiglia dal 1920 e porta avanti un'importante eredità storica. Ciò che rende ancora più interessante questa tenuta è il fatto che qui ha vissuto la nonna di Leonardo da Vinci, ecco perché questo è anche il luogo dove l'artista ha trascorso la sua infanzia. La cantina impiega tecniche completamente naturali e biodinamiche, poiché i suoi vignaioli adorano l'interazione uomo-natura. Oltre al vino, producono anche olio d'oliva. In questa bellissima tenuta visiterai la proprietà, i suoi vigneti e le cantine. Il tour terminerà con una degustazione di vino e olio d'oliva.
Tenuta di Capezzana è un'azienda vinicola a conduzione familiare, con una lunga tradizione. È una delle più antiche cantine toscane, produttrice di vino dall'804 d.C. La sua esistenza è attestata da un contratto di locazione risalente a 1200 anni fa. Sin dai tempi antichi la tenuta era nota per la coltivazione dell'olivo e della vite per la produzione di olio e vino. Vanta un'impressionante collezione di vini di annate sin dal 1925. In questa struttura visiterai i dintorni e degusterai vini premiati. La famiglia è orgogliosa anche della sua scuola di cucina e del suo ristorante, che ha accolto chef di alto livello per migliorare i loro piatti. Oltre alla degustazione di vino e olio, godrai di un pranzo consistente con prodotti tipici accuratamente selezionati.

Such an amazing tour. Great history in the region and some amazing wine and views. Not too far of a drive from Florence and the perfect way to get out of the busy city! The food was also delicious both places make their own olive oil which you can also buy.

We were so fortunate to find Angel and Enotropea Tours to fully immerse ourselves in Carmignano history and its extraordinary wines. Angel secured us by private car from our Airbnb in Carmignano. We visited Bacchereto and the vineyard and historic farm that was a hunting lodge part of the Medici hunting estate in the 1400’s. The history and the wines (Terre a Mano, Vin Santo, Sassocarlo) were memorable and a once in lifetime intimate tasting experience with the owner of the winery and Angel. Then, our day concluded with a visit to a much larger winery Tenuta di Capezzana dating back to wine and olive production on the land since 800. We had a guided tour of the cellars and wine tasting (Carmignano DOCG, Trebbiano) with a lovely lunch overlooking the beautiful vistas. Angel is very passionate and knowledgeable about the history and the wines. What a love and appreciation we now have for the region of Carmignano and its extraordinary wines because of our new friend Angel! We are looking forward to a future tour with Enotropea and hope to see Angel again soon.

This was truly one the top vineyard tours we have done in Italy. Our guide for the day was Fabian. He was not only enthusiastic but knowledgeable about the wine and vineyards but also the entire region. We were so happy with all the information he was able to provide. The vineyards were so different from one another. Each vineyard was loaded with their own history from WWII information to stories of Leonardo's Grandmother's home in the area. The meal provided at the Fattoria Di Bacchereto vineyard was so Italian authentic it brought tears to my eyes. We enjoyed their gracious hospitality along with the delicious food. We found ourselves not wanting to leave. We feel this wine region is a little hidden jewel. The wines were all divine!!!! We give this tour our highest recommendations!
