Great tour to two charming, historic towns, even in the rain. Hugo is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver. He knows the locals and the non-touristic routes. Be sure to try the banana and muscatel in Braga.

We spent a day with Ricardo, a very knowledgeable guide. Ricardo is a very courteous, affable person, attentive to the needs of his guests. He picked us up at the hotel, with a comfortable, clean car, with a bottle of water for each of us. Excellent vehicle handling. Be careful to propose breaks for breaks and need to go to the services. Ricardo was a wonderful guide for today's fascinating tour. He arrived on time in a high end vehicle and with plenty of cold water for a hot summer day. He is loaded with facts about Portugal's history and the history of the two cities we visited. He was respectful of my pace, attentive, thoughtful, and just a pleasure to spend the day with. We plussed up our experience with a traditional Portuguese lunch, for which he made an excellent recommendation. If I return to Porto he will be the first person I'll call for more city and surrounding area explorations. Highly recommended!
