We had a wonderful liquor tour with our great host Navdeep. After being collected from our hotel in an open top jeep Navdeep explained the history of the sights as we past them, stopping for great photo opportunities. We were honoured to be invited into the home of an esteemed resident of the Pink City to sample a selection of vintage liquors with sweet and savory snacks that complimented each liquor. Our hosts told us about their family history and shared many interesting photos of past generations. We stopped at the War Memorial and eternal flame before finishing our tour on a rooftop bar. The contemporary bar was a good contrast to our earlier liquor stopped. We were able to sample a modern day cocktail with accompanying snack, whilst watching the world go by below. It was fantastic to see Jaipur alight and vibrant during the evening. Navdeep was attentive and very knowledgeable.
