Angkor Wat è il monumento più grande del mondo, il meglio conservato ed è un capolavoro architettonico. La sua perfezione nella composizione, nell'equilibrio, nelle proporzioni, nei rilievi e nelle sculture ne fanno uno dei più bei monumenti del mondo.
Il tempio Bayon si trova nel centro della città di Angkor Thom con 49 torri in cui ogni torre ha 4 facce, quindi ci sono 196 facce di Budhistsatva Avalokestesvara e camminiamo verso il tempio successivo.
Ta Nei è un tempio in pietra della fine del XII secolo ad Angkor, Cambogia. Costruito durante il regno di re Jayavarman VII, è vicino all'angolo nord-ovest dell'East Baray, un grande serbatoio sacro.
Ta Keo era il tempio di stato del re Jayavarman V, figlio di Rajendravarman, che costruì anche Pre Rup. Progettato come rappresentazione simbolica del Monte Meru, il tempio presenta una struttura piramidale a cinque livelli con terrazze sovrapposte, circondata da fossati. In cima si ergono cinque torri santuario disposte in un motivo quincunx, che riflette il classico stile tempio-montagna Khmer.
Ta Prohm è il nome moderno di un tempio vicino alla città di Siem Reap, in Cambogia, a circa un chilometro a est di Angkor Thom e sul bordo meridionale dell'East Baray. Fu costruito in stile Bayon in gran parte tra la fine del XII secolo e l'inizio del XIII secolo e originariamente era chiamato Rajavihara.

We took a private tour of the Angkor temples, and it was a fantastic experience. The early sunrise tour was definitely worth it. Our guide, Ben, was great. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and they made sure we could go at our own pace. We visited the three main temples: the famous Angkor Wat, the Bayon Temple, and the mysterious Ta Prohm. Our guide shared a lot of history and stories about each place, which made the trip so much better. The private car made it easy to get around and avoid the crowds. We had a wonderful time and learned so much. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

I would highly recommend John to be your tour driver in Siem Reap. He is a very safe driver and is very respectful. It was also very easy to communicate. I also highly recommend getting an English speaking tour guide such as Ben when visiting the temples as it is very easy to walk by without understanding the significance or relevance.

Absolutely outstanding service from Siem Reap Private Taxi. John, the owner, speaks excellent English and is a safe, careful, and exceptionally reliable driver (he was always early!). His vehicle — a Toyota van with upgraded, very comfortable seats — felt luxurious and spotless. We originally booked him just for our airport transfer, but once we realized how professional and trustworthy he was, we hired him for two full days of sightseeing, and again for our return to the airport. Having a private car to explore Angkor Wat and the many surrounding temples made all the difference — distances are significant, and walking is simply not realistic. John patiently waited for us at every stop with no pressure or time constraints, which allowed us to visit at our own pace. While slightly more expensive than grabbing random taxis, it saved us the constant hassle of haggling over prices. Plus, stepping back into a cool, immaculate car with chilled bottled water waiting for us between temple visits was a real treat. Highly recommended!

John picked us up at the airport and showed us around various temples the next day. Ben - English speaking guide told us everything about the history of the sites and is clearly well educated and interested in the subject. Nice, clean car, friendly and trustworthy!

We did a two-day tour of the Angkor temples — one day for the grand circuit (Angkor Wat, etc.) and one for the small circuit. Our driver, Mr. Pheakdey, was knowledgeable and thoughtful, on one occasion even coming to rescue us with an umbrella when we got caught in a downpour. Dealings with Mr. John in the home office were smooth and problem-free.
