I had the best tour experience ever! Everything was perfectly organized, and I had the opportunity to visit many beautiful places and enjoy wonderful experiences throughout the trip. Our trip was disappointing because the riad accommodations selected by the Viator supplier, "Morocco Tours Services," did not match the price package we paid for. Instead, we were placed in very low-cost riads throughout the 5-day Morocco tour, which was clearly inconsistent with the tour package we had paid for. I will never use Viator or Morocco Tours Services again. I strongly recommend that future travelers avoid Morocco Tours Services, as they misrepresent vacation packages and pocket the money.

Had you mentioned your concerns earlier, we would have been more than happy to offer you an immediate upgrade to luxury accommodations (subject to the applicable price difference). Resolution & Refund: Despite the lack of feedback during the trip, we acted in good faith. After your return, we collaborated with Viator to issue a 20% refund as a gesture of goodwill to ensure your satisfaction. We are disappointed that, despite receiving a significant refund for a service that was fully rendered as described, you feel this way. We had a wonderful time on this tour. It was very comfortable, we stayed in some lovely places (a hotel in Chefchaouen, beautiful villa in Fez, comfortable and lovely tent in Merzouga, and the best riad in Dades) and saw a wide breadth of the country with changing landscapes and amazing sights. Our guide and driver, Hassan, was simply the best. Took care of us well, knew all the clean restaurants and stops, we felt safe and he always made sure we were comfortable and gave us a good feel for Morocco. Abdesalam who organizes the tours kept in touch and in our final destination, Marrakech, organized a taxi to take us to the airport early morning. We would highly recommend this tour and company. It is a great way to see a lot of Morocco in a short time. Thank you, Tan Mirth!!
