Tour privato di 3 giorni ad Abu Simble, giro in mongolfiera, Assuan e Luxor

I used this tour for a family of three. I think it's better not to use this tour company. Reasons ① I emailed them before using the tour to confirm the details and to make any changes I wanted, but I didn't get any response. ② I was told that a fee not listed on the tour guide was required when I couldn't cancel the day before the tour. Additional costs -Train cost between Aswan and Luxor (65 US dollars x 3 people) -Japanese guide cost (35 US dollars per day x 3 days) -Guide cost (35 US dollars x 3 people) in addition to the ticket for adding Tutankhamun to the Valley of the Kings *This was not written on the confirmation document when I applied on TripAdvisor, and when I told the tour company about this, they said "this is not a contract" and sent me a photo of the contract in English. By the way, TripAdvisor did not send me the contract in English. I negotiated on the last day of the tour, but I ended up paying an additional 280 US dollars (just over 40,000 yen) (I paid about 140,000 yen for three people at the application stage, so in total I paid just under 200,000 yen). I would have understood if they had told me about the additional costs when I inquired before the trip, but I feel they are malicious because they told me at a stage when I cannot cancel. ③ The tour content is changed at the last minute. On the first day, we went to Pharaoh Temple in the morning, returned to the hotel, and planned to go to the High Dam from around 3 o'clock. After the morning ended, I waited for the guide at the hotel, but the guide did not come even after 3 o'clock. After waiting for about an hour, I contacted the tour company, and the guide said that he could not go today because he had not finished other work. He said that it would be fine because we would stop by on the way back from Abu Simble tomorrow. I can't believe it. ④ I did not buy the train ticket from Aswan to Luxor that was included in the tour. I did not arrange the train ticket that was included in the tour, and the trip was suddenly changed to a car trip on the day. I was charged the same amount as the train. ⑤ The guide's explanation was not good enough for the cost. This tour only included transportation, a Japanese guide, and a balloon ride, and did not include accommodation or meals. Based on the contents, I was expecting the Japanese guide to explain things better, but it was not enough. Also, the guide was a bit arrogant, which was unfortunate. For these reasons, I do not recommend this tour company. Our trip to Aswan, Abu Simble, and Luxor with my family left us with unfortunate memories. I also consulted TripAdvisor about the additional costs, but they simply said, "TripAdvisor is only an intermediary, so please consult with the tour company," and did not help at all. It is better to understand this before using the tour. However, the balloon ride was an impressive sight, and the Abu Simble Temple and Tutankhamun's Tomb were so magnificent and colorful that it was hard to believe they were built about 4,000 years ago. I learned a lot from this tour.

On the second day, we toured the Unfinished Obelisk, High Dam, and Fira Temple. Today, we were picked up at the hotel at 8am again, so we were able to start the tour with peace of mind. It was good that there weren't many people there because we left early. Mo gave us a detailed explanation of the history of each area. He speaks good Japanese, so his explanations were easy to understand...! Of course, he took lots of great photos this time too. The tour ended around 12pm, and we were treated to a lunch of koshari. It was delicious!

Dr Mo was fantastic! The tour covered exactly what we wanted to see in the time we had. He knew when to arrive to beat the big tour bus groups so we practically had each temple to ourselves. You can't beat that!! We ended our tour being dropped off at the airport instead of the hotel and everything was perfect.

Great tour, covers all the bases and still leaves time to explore every stop would definitely recommend
