We are frequent international travelers, having visited more than 30 countries, and we can confidently say this was the most well-organized tour we have ever experienced. Our original plan was to spend one week in Shanghai prior to departing on a cruise; however, we also wanted to visit Beijing and the Great Wall. The company exceeded our expectations by seamlessly coordinating every detail of the trip, including round-trip high-speed train tickets and admission to all attractions. The service provided was exceptional from start to finish. Our driver met us at the hotel, assisted with our luggage, and remained with us through the train station process, ensuring everything was handled smoothly until we were comfortably on board. Upon arrival in Beijing, Felix served as our guide for the full three days. He was outstanding—enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing his country’s history and culture. Having a private guide at each attraction significantly enhanced our experience, allowing for a much deeper appreciation compared to what is typically possible on a large group tour. Despite a late arrival back into Shanghai and a last-minute change in driver arrangements, the company communicated clearly and ensured a smooth pickup by providing detailed instructions on where to meet and who would be assisting us. If you are considering a trip to Beijing from Shanghai, we highly recommend this tour. It exceeded our expectations in every respect.
I would highly recommend this tour and tour company. Ask for Felix if you can get him, our tour guide, he did a wonderful job explaining the culture at each location toured and surrounding areas. He spoke excellent English and was always upbeat and positive. The drivers all did a great job navigating the busy traffic.
