The hotel is beautiful and the service excellent. We were in the parks most of the time. One of the days we were celebrating a birthday and Marcos, staff of the pool area of the hotel prepared in a few minutes a wonderful surprise that delivered us inside the pool. It was a heart-shaped pan with a very special bottle of a liquor made by Xcaret, several more gifts and some lovely little piñatas!!! We were pleasantly impressed by their warmth and excellent service.
