Fondata nel 1772, questa casa è diventata famosa grazie alla signora Barbe-Nicole Clicquot-Ponsardin. Scopri questa giovane vedova visionaria che divenne "la Grande Dame della regione dello Champagne". Fermati alla Cattedrale di Notre Dame de Reims, dove furono incoronati i re di Francia. Elencata nel patrimonio dell'UNESCO, Notre-Dame de Reims è una delle strutture gotiche più importanti d'Europa.
Sulla strada per Epernay, ci fermeremo all'abbazia benedettina nell'incantevole villaggio collinare di Hautvillers. Vi è sepolto il prestigioso Dom Perignon, Padre Spirituale del Vino Champagne.

Moet & Chandon è il primo marchio internazionale al mondo. Fondata nel 1743 da Claude Möet, la sua storia è legata ad alcuni personaggi famosi come la marchesa di Pompadour o Napoleone I. Radamus was an excellent guide. He was both knowledgeable and punctual. The best part was the visit to the small producer and the drive to Eperney. The big houses are great for history and scale but there are a lot of other interesting options and Radamus helped to open our eyes to that.
