Excellent experience from being met at Delhi airport , our driver Kuldeep took great care of us throughout . Amazingly safe driver in what seemed chaotic Indian cities - he took us all around for 6 days ; Delhi was a great start seeing some of the sights , before Agra for Taj and the equally impressive Fort Agra . In addition to the personal driver we were joined by local guides who know the cities , the history , the detail you wouldn’t get touring alone Onto Ranthambore - so lucky to see tigers on both safaris morning and afternoon. Loved it so much we managed to sneak in an extra safari morning we left thanks to Damodar (and driver Kuldeep for another early start with no complaint !) Finished off in Jaipur , lovely looking city would have loved to have had more time to see more of the city , but have to head home Super tour , super driver - thanks Kuldeep

I have no hesitation in recommending Pacific Classic Tours India (PCTI)! We had always wanted to visit the Golden Triangle but I've always hesitated but now that we are retired it was now or never. I did a lot of research and PCTI was mentioned a number of times. After reading the glowing reviews I emailed Mr Shakul Garg, Managing Director. He immediately put me at ease. After discussing how long I was to be in India he sent me a costed personal itinerary. My travel dates were not concrete at the time but Mr Garg went with the flow and put everything in place in readiness for our eventual arrival. Nothing fazed him! We have had a brilliant tour. Everything went to plan. The guides couldn't do enough for us. Each city guide was knowledgeable and experienced (just as you want them to be). I want to particularly mention Himmat (Delhi), Mahesh (Agra), Mukesh (Ranthambhore), Ashok (Jaipur) and our fantastic driver Mr Kuldeep Singh who was with us every day and who's skill and calmness managed the mayhem of the Indian traffic congestion with ease. Our air-conditioned car was modern, clean and quiet. It was stocked with snacks, sweets and bottles of water. I can only add another 5* review to the already great reviews I read in preparation for our holiday. Thank you to everyone who played their part, however small, in making our holiday what it was! *If you are lucky enough to be staying at the Hotel Ranthambhore Regency, Bhanu will keep you supplied with naan breads and Mukesh will ensure you are topped up with beer and cocktails. Our son booked this tour for us ( an older couple) after using this company himself a couple of years ago and being very impressed. We met Gurmeet Singh Bittu our friendly driver, at the airport. His new SUV was air conditioned, spacious, clean and very comfortable making our journeys relaxing. He was an experienced driver and we always felt safe and well looked after by him. Our guides were knowledgeable and informative and made our tours interesting, especially Himmat in Delhi and Mahesh Kumar in Agra /Taj Mahal The tour as a whole was very well planned and organised and a great experience. The driver and guides always on time for pick up, entrance tickets etc sorted out, helping with photographs. We would definitely recommend Shakul Garg and his company for a tour in India. We had an absolutely amazing experience on this 6-day tour – it truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A very special thank you to our driver, Prem, who was exceptional throughout the entire journey and truly the backbone of the trip. He was always punctual, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure we were comfortable. Navigating the busy roads so smoothly while keeping us relaxed is no small feat, and we always felt completely safe in his hands. He also spoke excellent English, which made communication effortless throughout. His professionalism and calm presence made a huge difference to the overall experience. Each of our guides added something unique to the trip, and all of them spoke excellent English, making everything easy to follow and understand. In Delhi, Shri provided a great introduction to the city. In Agra, Ratan Tiwari was outstanding – his depth of knowledge, storytelling, and attention to detail really brought the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort to life in a memorable way. He explained everything clearly and engagingly, and made that part of the journey particularly special. Sunil Gaur in Bharatpur and Himmat in Abhaneri were both knowledgeable and engaging, and Ashok in Jaipur was truly excellent. His energy, passion, and insight made Jaipur a real highlight of the trip. He also communicated everything so clearly, struck the perfect balance between guiding and allowing us to explore, and his enthusiasm was genuinely infectious. What stood out most was how all the guides took their time explaining each site in detail, answered every question we had, and then allowed us space to explore and take everything in at our own pace. They were also all amazing photographers – we came away with some fantastic pictures! The entire tour was very well organised and balanced, allowing us to see so many incredible places without ever feeling rushed. Having private guides in each location really enhanced the experience and made everything feel more personal and immersive. The only slight disappointment was not spotting any tigers in Ranthambhore, even after doing both a jeep and canter safari – I think we were just a bit unlucky. This was a terrific experience. We were a family of 6, with three generations represented, including two small children. Mahesh, our intrepid tour guide for the entire trip, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, flexible, solicitous of and always ready to engage with young and old alike, ever in good humor, and a master of the terrain, knowing how best to navigate each site, when to provide information, where to eat and shop, and when to cross the street - a talent not to be underestimated! He was a pleasure to work with and be with and will be a fond memory of our trip. Our equally intrepid driver, Deshraj, got us where we needed to go with minimal fuss, navigating all the tight spots, managing all roads from high-speed to very unpaved with skill. We had an amazingly wonderful and easy Golden Triangle Tour with Mahesh (our guide) and Deshraj (our driver). Let me provide a few examples: - the pick up at the Dehli airport went extremely smoothly and they were ready with a sign out and to greet our family upon arrival! - they planned an amazing trip at every turn taking care of tickets and personal tours led, 80% of the time, by the incredibly informative Mahesh and 20% of the time by an also awesome local guide. - we traveled both with grandparents and elementary aged kids and everything was tailored to our comfort including restaurant picks with kid-friendly food choices and also some amazing Indian food at every meal. The van we used to travel place to place was so perfect for our group with comfy seats and a smooth ride (quite a feat, really!) Overall, if you are a family looking for a tailored, personalized, outstanding tour around India and are not sure how to go about making it happen, this is your team. From the moment I booked this trip I found our contact Shakul to be highly efficient and informative. We upgraded to the 5* Hotel option and did not regret this as the service was excellent throughout. Now onto Shakul’s team. Our 3 guides Jaspal (Delhi), Mahesh (Agra) & Ashok (Jaipur) imparted fascinating and entertaining information about all of the monuments and buildings we visited. They also all know tricks to the best photograph angles, so trust them with your smart phone and they will help you get photos that will make your trip even better. There are additional guides waiting for you at the Bird Sanctuary and the Stepwell who also do a wonderful job. Last, and by no means least, our driver Kuldeep. A man with expert driving skills, in a country where driving is unlike anywhere else I have seen. Kuldeep was always on time with a welcoming smile, bottled water and an endless supply of sweets throughout our 1,000+km trip. As well as this he helped us with other handy tips and suggestions to make the most of our trip. Before starting our trip, we had been celebrating a friend’s wedding in the foothills of the Himalayas which meant our golden triangle & safari trip came at the end of what was already a magical experience. This 5 night package made it even more special.

We recently completed a private 6-day tour of the Golden Triangle in India and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organised, seamless, and stress-free. Each of the tour guides we met along the way were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. We had Hammit in Delhi, Faraz in Agra, Mukesh in Ranthambore and Rajesh in Jaipur. They all welcomed our questions and were happy to go into detail about history, culture, and local life. Every stop felt meaningful and engaging and the itinerary for this tour allows for a great mix of things to see and do. A very special mention must go to our driver, Prem. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire trip. His English was excellent, which made communication easy, and he always made us feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely well looked after. He was professional at all times, punctual every day, and drove with great care and confidence in what seemed like chaos at times; “no hurry, no worry, chicken curry”. He also ensured we never ran out of water or snacks during our touring, I’ve never been so hydrated. I am a big fan of all sports and the T20 cricket World Cup was on whilst we were there. Prem gave me his phone so that I could watch the England v Sri Lanka game while we were travelling between cities — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot (plus we won so I was extra happy). Overall, this was a wonderfully organised tour with excellent service throughout. We always felt supported, informed, and relaxed. I would highly recommend this tour — and especially Prem as a driver — to anyone visiting India who wants a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. *Please also note - if you are including Ranthambore in your trip, check which days allow access to the inner park zones 1-5, as this is where you’re most likely to see a tiger! And then there was the architecture… absolutely jaw-dropping. Visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in Agra felt like stepping into a dream. In Jaipur, we were blown away by the Monkey Temple, Amber Fort, the stunning Jal Mahal (Water Palace), and the incredible Chand Baori stepwell. Every site left us speechless — the history, the detail, the beauty — it was beyond anything we had imagined. A special thank you to our amazing local guides who made each city come alive for us. Rajesh in Jaipur was fantastic — knowledgeable and full of fascinating stories that added so much depth to what we were seeing. Mahesh in Agra guided us through the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with such passion and insight that we truly felt connected to the history. And our Delhi guide, Raj Kumar Sharma, gave us an unforgettable final experience in the capital. The best decision we made was adjusting our program to finish the trip in Old Delhi. What an experience! We truly felt like we were in a movie riding through the vibrant streets on a rickshaw, surrounded by colors, sounds, and life everywhere. Visiting the famous spice market in Khari Baoli was unforgettable — the smells, the energy, the atmosphere — it was pure magic. With Raj Kumar Sharma, we visited the grand Jama Masjid, the peaceful Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, as well as Buddhist and Hindu temples. Through these visits, we understood so much more about how deeply spiritual Indian culture and its people are. It was inspiring and humbling at the same time. The hotels were beautiful, the food was outstanding (definitely 5 stars!), and everywhere we went we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. It never felt like “just another tour” — it felt personal, thoughtful, and truly special. The most important part for us, though, was how safe and comfortable we felt throughout the entire journey — and that is all thanks to our wonderful driver, Gurmeet Singh (Bittu). We couldn’t have asked for a better person to accompany us! He is incredibly friendly, polite, professional, and so clearly proud of his country. Listening to him share interesting and meaningful insights about Indian culture and people added so much depth to our experience. He was always ready to help, always smiling, and always supportive of any request we had. We truly felt cared for every step of the way. By the end of the trip, he didn’t just feel like our driver — he felt like a friend. We couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thank you for giving us memories that will stay with us forever.
