I tunnel di Củ Chi (vietnamita: Địa đạo Củ Chi) sono un'immensa rete di tunnel di collegamento situati nel distretto di Củ Chi di Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, e fanno parte di una rete molto più ampia di tunnel che sono alla base di gran parte del paese. I tunnel Củ Chi furono il luogo di numerose campagne militari durante la guerra del Vietnam e furono la base operativa dei Viet Cong per l'offensiva Tết nel 1968.
Il Tempio Cao Dai (chiamato anche Santa Sede di Tay Ninh) fu costruito nel 1933 e inaugurato ufficialmente nel 1955. È un'opera religiosa speciale del Caodaismo (religione Cao Dai), situata nel distretto di Hoa Thanh, a circa 4 km dalla città di Tay Ninh. All'inizio degli anni '20, il caodaismo fu fondato nel Vietnam meridionale ma non fu ufficialmente codificato fino al 1926. È la terza religione più grande del Vietnam e prende in prestito elementi del buddismo, del cristianesimo, del taoismo, del confucianesimo e dell'Islam. Attualmente si stima che ci siano quasi 3 milioni di seguaci a livello nazionale, residenti in 38 province e città, concentrati principalmente nel Vietnam del Sud.
La Montagna della Vergine Nera (vietnamita: Núi Bà Đen che significa "Montagna della Signora Nera") è una montagna nella città di Tây Ninh, in Vietnam. La montagna è il centro di un mito vietnamita su Bà Đen. Durante la guerra del Vietnam l'area intorno alla montagna era una zona calda poiché il sentiero di Ho Chi Minh terminava pochi chilometri a ovest oltre il confine cambogiano. Pertanto ci furono molte battaglie e i soldati americani e vietnamiti con sede nella regione ricordano questo importante punto di riferimento.[1] Dopo la guerra la montagna si trasformò da campo di battaglia in famosa per i suoi bellissimi templi e il parco a tema.

We had such an incredible day with our tour guide Casey! From start to finish, everything was well organised and enjoyable. We visited the Chu Chi Tunnels, the Cao Dai Holy Temple, and Black Lady Mountain—all of which were fantastic experiences and definitely worth seeing. Casey was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole day run smoothly. That said, Black Lady Mountain was absolutely the highlight. It was truly breathtaking—you could easily spend an entire day there. The views are incredible and there are so many amazing photo opportunities! Thank you so much, Casey, for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!
Our visit to Black Virgin Mountain and the Cu Chi Tunnels was an absolute highlight of our time in Ho Chi Minh City, thanks to our guide Khang. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the day. Khang gave a very informative and engaging history lesson on the war at the Cu Chi Tunnels, explaining everything clearly and answering all our questions with patience. At Black Virgin Mountain, he shared valuable cultural and historical insights that made the experience much more meaningful. The tour was well organized, relaxed, and never felt rushed. Black Virgin Mountain was amazing! The place was beautiful and comfortable. You can tell there was a lot of effort in building it right. Unfortunately, the private tour did not meet our expectations. The vehicle, although a Mercedes, was uncomfortable in many ways. The air conditioner was not working properly; it couldn’t keep us cool in the back, and the vent air smelled dirty. Our tour guide was tall, so we were cramped in the back seat. To make matters worse, the seats were uncomfortable as well. Our guide made us feel rushed, but he got us around so we didn’t miss anything. The drive back from the Mountain was extremely long, taking four hours to return to HCMC. Not anyone’s fault but maybe they could have suggest a better time to leave. We had to listen to the driver singing under his breath for most of the journey. As we neared our hotel, I felt suffocated and wanted to jump out of the car. I tried to roll down the window for fresh air, but it was locked, so I couldn’t.
The Wonderful trip with many beautiful scenery and amazing guide! We begin our trip at Cuchi Tunnel first which help us enhance knowledge about Vietnam War. We know how difficult the solder had to handle when they lived underground inside the tunnel. Next we come Caodai Temple which is a gorgeous building. Then we go to the Black Virgin Mountain which is the highest mountain in the south of Viet Nam. It was beautiful with stunning scenery.
We had an amazing day trip - the spots are totally worth the visit, and the views from the mountain top are stunning. Our guide, Casey, was super energetic and knowledgeable, so we had great fun throughout the trip. She also took a ton of photos for us and was ok with us altering the schedule a bit, so kudos there. All in all the experience is definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Vietnam
