Guarda, annusa, senti, assaggia e conosci i nostri vini e la loro storia. Scopri le olive e cosa rende un buon olio d'oliva. Lasciati stupire dalle fortificazioni medievali della città di Ston e/o prova le ostriche più fresche che tu abbia mai assaggiato! Non dimenticare di comunicarci l'orario di inizio desiderato! I punti salienti sono: - Stagno – una città gotica medievale, circondata da 4 miglia di mura fortificate, e il suo famoso 14. ct. panetti di sale - Colline di Dingac - le più famose posizioni vinicole croate dove l'uva cresce su pendii inclinati di 40-60 gradi, ottenendo il meglio dalla terra, dal mare e dal sole! - Cantine boutique locali (totale 3 cantine visitate) a Potomje e Ponikve - ottimo vino, liquore, formaggio e olio d'oliva biologico insieme a piccole prelibatezze fatte in casa con una presentazione fatta dai proprietari - Mali Ston Bay – una baia incontaminata con numerosi letti di ostriche e cozze

Sosta fotografica seguita da un breve racconto della guida autorizzata sulla storia del commercio del sale e dell'allevamento di ostriche nella Baia di Ston. Le attrazioni includono la fortezza di Toljevac. Forte di Koruna, casa del capitano, centro storico di Mali Ston
Fermarsi nella città medievale di Ston per un breve tour e un caffè. L'intera città di Ston è circondata da un muro lungo 5,5 km (il secondo muro più lungo conservato al mondo) che si estende da un mare all'altro. Da vedere: mura della città di Ston, saline di Ston, forte di Great Kastel, centro della città gotica, chiesa di San Biagio, monastero francescano
Il villaggio di Potomje è il villaggio vinicolo più famoso di Peljesac, con quasi tutte le famiglie che producono e vendono i loro vini. Ci fermeremo in 2 cantine selezionate a mano dove gli ospiti visiteranno le cantine e le loro cantine, ascolteranno la storia della storia della produzione vinicola di ogni famiglia e proveranno i loro deliziosi vini rossi e bianchi (per un totale di 10 vini e liquori) accompagnati da piccoli morsi. Questo villaggio ospita il vino Dingac, uno dei migliori rossi di tutta la Croazia, così i nostri ospiti avranno la possibilità di assaporarne il gusto proprio dove cresce!
Viaggio panoramico attraverso il tunnel di Dingac e sosta fotografica nella zona vinicola di Dingac. Le viti di Dingac crescono su colline inclinate di 40-60 gradi con scene spettacolari delle isole Mljet e Lastovo e dei villaggi di pescatori di Trstenik e Zuljana.
Sulla via del ritorno il tour si fermerà nella valle di Ponikve, nota per la produzione di vino da 13 ct. (Gli aristocratici medievali di Dubrovnik bevevano spesso deliziosi vini rossi di Ponikve). Il tour si fermerà alla terza azienda vinicola di famiglia, dove gli ospiti avranno la possibilità di incontrare il proprietario della cantina e ascoltare la presentazione del vino seguita dalla degustazione di vini (totale di 5 vini e liquori)

We had a fantastic day with Miho!! He was kind, funny, knowledgeable and served as an amazing guide for the day. Mario - the oyster man - was the highlight of our trip! You get to see a very small family winery and a larger, more boutique winery and we really enjoyed both. Highly recommend booking and requesting Miho, you will not regret it and it will be the best memory of your trip! Thank you Miho for a fabulous day
Absolutely amazing. Miho went above and beyond making us feel like family the whole time. Such great stories and explanations of everything along the way. We were never bored!. We shared so many laughs with the wineries owners as well and truly felt like it was something we could come do with our kids. Again one day.

I highly recommend this experience! I had an amazing time eating fresh oysters straight from the bay and enjoying wine with a beautiful view — and then again amongst the vineyards at another stunning spot.
