Questo non è un tour del vino di gruppo con un copione fisso e un furgone pieno di sconosciuti. Ogni aspetto di questa esperienza è costruito intorno a un principio: è il tuo. Il tuo gruppo è l'unico. Ciò significa la piena attenzione della tua Guida, un ritmo che si adatta a te e un itinerario che può cambiare in base a ciò che ami. Le cantine sono scelte per qualità e carattere, non per volume turistico. Non verrai trasbordato nelle sale degustazione piu' frequentate dell'isola. Visiterai invece tenute boutique dove l'accoglienza è personale, la produzione è piccola e i vini ti dicono qualcosa sul terreno vulcanico da cui provengono. Ti accompagneranno attraverso il vigneto, ti spiegheranno la tecnica della vite a canestro che rende la viticoltura di Santorini diversa da qualsiasi altra parte del mondo e ti aiuteranno a capire cosa c'è nel tuo bicchiere ad ogni fermata. E poi c'è il finale. Un tavolo in prima fila al Santo Wines, riservato al tuo gruppo, mentre il cielo della caldera diventa dorato.

Questa azienda vinicola si trova su una spiaggia. Originariamente costruito come fabbrica di pomodori nei primi anni del 1900, l'edificio è stato ristrutturato e riaperto come cantina.
Questa azienda vinicola affermata esiste da generazioni. Giunto alla sua quarta generazione, produce ancora vini autentici dai terreni vulcanici di Santorini.
Affronta uno dei tramonti più desiderati al mondo e diventa romantico con vini pregiati nella famigerata cantina Santo dove il tramonto è affascinante e il finale è ancora più bello. Oltre alla tua degustazione di vini, ti verranno mostrate le cantine e imparerai come il vino è stato prodotto, imbottigliato e invecchiato. Alla tua ultima fermata, ti verranno serviti piatti locali di formaggio e altri stuzzichini greci per condividere la tua opinione e concludere la tua memorabile esperienza enologica.

Offriamo pick-up porta a porta dalla maggior parte degli hotel e alloggi in tutta Santorini. Nelle aree con corsie strette o accesso limitato ai veicoli (comune a Oia e Fira), organizzeremo il punto di incontro più vicino possibile e ti invieremo istruzioni chiare dopo la prenotazione. La maggior parte degli ospiti trova la passeggiata di 2 - 3 minuti al massimo.

Amazing tour! Early for pick up, custom wines to fit our wants, and great walk through of the history of each wine. Highly recommend! Gave me a great glance of the grape/wine culture. Transparent costs. Length was spot on. Very private.

Giannis was a fantastic tour and wine guide. He provided a great review of the island’s history while moving between the two wineries. Each winery was fun, the wine and food were great. We had the best day, our favourite day in Santorini! Yiannis was punctual in picking us up and the rest of the trip was just as seamless. From the beginning communication was easy, we got to choose which wineries we wanted to go to having been given a short story on them all. Yiannis is a sommelier who really knows his wines, we learnt a lot about winemaking as well as ideal food pairings. The day was relaxed with the right amount of time at each winery. We finished with a sunset at Santos, highly recommend. An absolute must do if you are visiting Santorini.
Yannis was unbelievably knowledgeable!!! He showed us so many things about how wine was made, what makes it special and why the different wines taste different! Absolutely amazing tour and must for all wine lovers!!!! He was so generous and even ordered us a Greek salad because he heard us talking about it just sums up the whole trip!!!’

Yiannis picked us up right on time in Oia. The van was roomy and very comfortable. Took us to a vineyard and showed us the unique vines of the area. We then visited a few wineries. We finished at Santo wines and had a wonderful view of the sunset. I would definitely recommend this tour and would go with him again!
