It was another great day with this tour company with tour guide Haidy and driver Mahmoud. GEM is so big and had many things to cover. I would always suggest to go there with a guide.

Our driver was amazing but since we had booked another tour with the company, we request this service through WhatsApp, the person charged us $75 dollars for a 4 hours private driver, no guided tour included, nothing else added, and asked the payment through PayPal, and I just noticed that the real price here at TripAdvisor for the same service is $18 dollars per person, the real total was $36, but we got scammed and paid double. Be aware, this completely ruined our experience.
No idea you never used our service ,please read our reviewa !!!! thats not our service still wait for your reply . please send us confirmation number if you are one of our guest to prove , hope you rely back to me !!!! many other operator does this tour and copy from us ,maybe u write to wrong listing ! thank you for the feedback , but make sure you wrote to correct company . you never used or contact us for that tour , you might write that to wrong listing , everyone used our service and know who we are , read reviews , thats why you booked us , we dont know if you are spam or you took money form other to write that for us , if we are bad , you never use our service but you came through our review which are real one not fake . please check , thank you , we wish you good time in Egypt . Basem was an excellent guide through the Citadel, Coptic Churches of Old Cairo, and the Egyptian Civilization Museum.

Our guide was very accommodating and was so informative he knew so much history and was very thorough. really goes into detail and backstory about each piece. he gave us the option to go to the national museum of egyptian civilization so we took him up on that there were many preserved artifacts and statues as well as mummified bodies and tombs of kings and queens as well as their heir. we were at the museum for about 2 and a half hours and it was a very pleasant time.
