Itinerario
Pick up alle 8 : 00 o 9 : 00 presso il vostro Alloggio a Città del Capo. Siamo flessibili, se desiderate iniziare il vostro tour prima o poi. Da lì ci imbarcheremo in un breve tour di orientamento della città per vedere alcuni dei monumenti storici importanti della città.
Ci fermiamo al Bo-Kaap per fare una foto con le case colorate e magari salutare uno o due locali se sono in giro. Rimani accanto alla tua guida turistica e tieni sempre i tuoi effetti personali vicino a te.
Viaggiamo lungo la costa atlantica passando per Three Anchor Bay, Bantry Bay, Clifton e Camps Bay. Ci fermiamo a Maiden's Cove per scattare delle foto mozzafiato con i Dodici Apostoli e la spiaggia di Camps Bay in lontananza.
Hout Bay Harbour è il prossimo nella nostra lista delle migliori attrazioni di Città del Capo. Qui possiamo scegliere di fare la gita in barca sull'isola delle foche o goderci un po 'di shopping al mercato. Ci sono servizi igienici e un negozio di curiosità dove si può anche gustare una tazza di caffè.
Da Hout Bay viaggeremo lungo Chapmans Peak Drive, una delle strade più belle del mondo. Ci fermiamo al punto panoramico di Chapmans per scattare alcune foto mozzafiato e ammirare la bellezza degli oceani luccicanti dal sole che scintillano a perdita d'occhio.
Viaggiando lungo la costa atlantica, con vista su Long Beach in lontananza, sarà offerta una sosta facoltativa al Noordhoek Farm Village. Gli amanti del caffè potranno gustare un caffè opzionale al Village Roast, uno dei migliori produttori di caffè di Città del Capo. Se hai un debole per i dolci hanno il miglior gelato di Città del Capo
Da Noordhoek guidiamo verso Capo di Buona Speranza, Fai una sosta facoltativa qui per visitare l'allevamento di struzzi di Cape Point e forse anche nutrire lo struzzo.
Una delle riserve naturali più storiche del Sud Africa, il Capo di Buona Speranza ci offre l'opportunità di esplorare i monumenti storici di Diaz e Da Gama e di scattare la nostra foto dietro la targhetta del Capo di Buona Speranza.
Dal Capo di Buona Speranza procediamo verso Cape Point, dove possiamo fare una breve passeggiata fino al faro di Cape Point oppure possiamo prendere una funicolare opzionale per il faro a un costo aggiuntivo. Dal faro di Cape Point, possiamo prendere un picco attraverso il telescopio ed esplorare il resto del faro. Questo è il punto d'incontro ufficiale delle due correnti oceaniche: le correnti fredde di Benguela e calde di Agulhas. Le opzioni per il pranzo a Cape Point sono il Two Oceans Restaurant per un pranzo a base di pesce fresco o un piatto da asporto dal ristorante informale.
Partendo da Cape Point, ci dirigeremo lungo la costa fino alla Boulders Penguins Colony, dove vedremo circa 2500 pinguini africani che si divertono sulla spiaggia. Queste incantevoli creature marine adorano vagare al largo della spiaggia e potresti trovarle a grandi passi accanto a te sul lungomare.
Da Boulers Beach Penguin Colony proseguiamo con la guida costiera passando per la piccola città, Glencairn, Fish Hoek, Clovelly, Kalk Bay, St James, infine Muizenberg. Una sosta facoltativa alla spiaggia di Muizenberg. Qui vi viene data la possibilità di scattare una foto con le colorate capanne sulla spiaggia. Queste capanne sulla spiaggia sono tradizionalmente utilizzate come spogliatoi per prendere il sole e nuotare, e fanno per una foto colorata.
Torniamo a Cape Town per il rientro al tuo alloggio dopo una bellissima giornata nella Penisola del Capo.

We highly recommended to go on this tour with Ray. He was very punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He went in detail about all information on the sites we visited. He timed perfectly for every spot and was very patient for our questions and needs. He impressed us with his knowledge about history, economy, education, nature, and fun facts. Great welcoming personality. Safe driver. The tour was very complete and included historical sites, natural sites, and city sites. He kept a great pace, and even though the day was long, we did not feel tired at the end. his professionalism was outstanding. Definitely go on this tour with Ray to see the beauty of South Africa.

Joel did a great job showing me all around Cape Town on a private full day tour. During a comfortable ride we saw so many great sites and animals including seals, penguins, ostriches, elands and dassie (hydrax). The coastline was beautiful and we also got to tour some of the winery road with Joel giving historical info all along the way. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect all day tour and Ray was the best guide to have. Showed us many different breathtaking sights around the Cape Town area and told us a lot of interesting facts along the way. The route and stops are very well thought out, the day flew by. And the Seaforth Restaurant we stopped at for lunch was great! I would highly recommend this tour and Ray as a guide.
