Questo tour inizia con un giro sul Canale di Corinto, costruito nel 1893. Dall'alto, puoi godere della migliore vista dell'istmo di Corinto e ammirare il ripido calcare muri.
L'antica Corinto era una città-stato sull'Istmo di Corinto, una delle città più famose e visitate della Grecia. La città si trova nel sud ovest del Peloponneso circondata da montagne che prendono il nome dall'antica cittadina. I monumenti più famosi sono: Tempio di Apollo, Bema di San Paolo e Odeon romano.
Acrocorinth, l'acropoli dell'antica Corinto, è una roccia monolitica che sovrasta l'antica città di Corinto. È la più imponente dell'acropoli della Grecia continentale.
Il Museo Archeologico di Corinto ospita una vasta collezione di reperti provenienti dal sito locale e da siti minori della zona limitrofa. 1 ora al museo e 1 ora di macchina per raggiungere la nostra prossima tappa
Palamidi è una fortezza nella città di Nafplio, nella regione del Peloponneso, nel sud della Grecia. Adagiata sulla cresta di una collina alta 216 metri, la fortezza fu costruita dai veneziani durante la loro seconda occupazione dell'area (1686-1715).

Wonderful trip. George was one of the best guides I have had after traveling the world for 30 years. Very punctual, friendly with great historical and insider knowledge. Trip was tailored to us and was very comprehensive. Vehicle and driving was top notch. This particular trip was an amazing experience of some of the best historic sites in Greece. Highly recommended for seeing an area of Greece outside of Athens, but not too far out. I would highly recommend as an add on to a trip to Athens. Scenery is spectacular. It made our trip so much better than the typical quick trip to the parthenon, then off to the Greek islands.

Great excursion! We really wanted to see the Corinth Canal but the cruise excursion we scheduled got canceled due to maintenance on the canal. Viator had tours available and we were matched to driver Giannis who was wonderful-patient, knowledgeable, accommodating. We saw the canal and so much more. Many thanks!

Outstanding experience. Our guide was very friendly, told a lot historical or just interesting facts about places we passing. Since we was good in timing, we had some stops for shot and look around even beyond what was expected, like the oldest bridge or Corinth Acropolis. We really enjoyed tour and i highly recommend it.

We highly recommend this experience! Truly a highlight of our 12 day Greek Adventure! Our guide was committed to giving us the best experience possible and he sure delivered! It ended up being a 12 hour day, with a variety of experiences that we thoroughly enjoyed! Our driver was so well-read and informed, sharing so much knowledge that truly added to our experience and understanding of what we saw, eventhough he was not a "certified guide". We were expecting to share a minibus, but instead had a private tour. Georgio our driver spoke excellent English thankfully and we had a really fun day as a result. Locations were varied and interesting and we didnt feel the time pressure of a coach trip. Very relaxed and enjoyable trip!
