Una fortezza del XVIII secolo è stata trasformata in un ghetto ebraico e prigione politica nazista durante la seconda guerra mondiale - sperimentala e scopri di più su una triste parte vera della storia europea che ha influenzato tutto il mondo. Il campo di concentramento di Terezin è strategicamente vicino a Praga (45-60 minuti di auto). Imparerai la storia della Seconda Guerra Mondiale - la differenza tra il campo di concentramento e di sterminio, la psicologia della propaganda nazista che nasconde la verità al resto del mondo, la prigione politica della Gestapo, le storie personali individuali, la vita e la cultura nel ghetto ebraico. La città è divisa in due parti: ex prigione politica della Gestapo (poi prigione comunista) e ghetto ebraico presentato come "una città data agli ebrei da Adolf Hitler per il tempo di guerra". Vedrai l'ex prigione della Gestapo, il Museo ebraico del Ghetto, un dormitorio ebraico, la Caserma di Magdeburgo (museo della cultura nel ghetto) e altro ancora. Dopodiché si gode il pranzo ceco in una birreria locale (incluso).

La tua guida privata e l'autista ti verranno a prendere al tuo posto a Praga e dopo 45-60 minuti di comodo viaggio raggiungerai il campo di concentramento di Terezin. È strategicamente vicino a Praga. Prima di tutto sarete guidati attraverso la Piccola Fortezza di Terezin che era una prigione politica della gestapo (poi prigione comunista) - le celle della prigione, le docce e camminare attraverso i tunnel della fortezza. Guarda il film di propaganda sul "paradiso ebraico" - falsa presentazione da parte dei nazisti in confronto alla crudele realtà nel campo.
Dopo la visita del Museo dell'ex ghetto ebraico (materiali, video di storie individuali di persone che vivono nel ghetto) sarete guidati attraverso il ghetto ebraico per sperimentare di più della vita nel ghetto. Nota bene: crematorio, colombario e sale cerimoniali sono chiusi il sabato.
La cultura nel campo di concentramento rende l'ex ghetto di Terezin luogo di forti contrasti. In queste caserme (ex sede del consiglio di amministrazione ebraico) si imparano diversi campi della cultura (Musica, Grafica, Letteratura, Teatro), si incontrano singoli autori e si vede un modello di dormitori. In caso di interesse (facoltativo) visitiamo crematorio, colombario (ex deposito di ceneri), obitorio e sale cerimoniali (tutti questi sono chiusi il sabato). Dopodiché potrete gustare un delizioso pranzo ceco in una birreria locale (incluso).

I can't say enough wonderful things about this tour. Michal was an absolute delight We were traveling with 80 year old parents with limited mobility and Michal was amazing about making sure they enjoyed the tour as much as we did. Tour is completely private which is nice as he catered the tour to our wants. He is so knowledgeable of Terezin and WWII. He took us to a local town for lunch where we enjoyed a traditional Czeck lunch, which was delicious. If you are wanting to visit the Terezin memorial, don't hesitate to book this tour. It is nice to see the memorial in a more intimate way versus a 40 person bus tour with a speaker to your ear. It was the best tour we did in our 2 week trip in Europe.
It was a great experience and we learnt a lot about Terezin and its history, our tour guide Michal was excellent and he explained us every thing what we needed to know about the place and showed us the most important parts of Terezin
This was an amazing tour! It lived up to all our expectations. Michal was an excellent tour guide and was able to get into much detail about the daily lives of those who suffered this terrible nightmare. I highly recommend Michael for any future tours. You will not be disappointed.
Michal guided us (a German and a Frenchwoman) through Theresienstadt. He empathically imparted his vast historical and cultural knowledge to us and sensitively accompanied us on this historically difficult walk. This was by far (!!) the best private tour we ever had. Also: it couldn't be easier, hotel pickup, comfortable, well-kept, large car, drinks on board and a nice lunch.

Michael was amazing! So personable and genuine, it was like taking a day trip with a friend. We all loved him! He is laid back and let's you govern the day you want. We wanted to sleep in some so we went later in the day. Although the tour is a solemn one, we all really enjoyed it! He is very knowledgeable about the subject, picked a wonderful place for lunch, and the transportation there was very comfy. THANKS MICHAEL!!
I had assumed that I would be on a bus with 20 people. Instead it turned out to be a private tour for an extremely reasonable price. Michal was very knowledgeable, had grown up locally, and provided me with a glimpse into Czech life on the way to Terezin. Once we got there, he provided an exceptional tour in the areas that was allowed, and then found me a private tour guide in the areas that were restricted. He tailored the tour to my knowledge and interests. After, he took me to a nearby town for an Czech lunch fit for local culture. All in all this was one of the best tours I have had.
