Itinerario
Inizieremo la giornata bene e presto prima di dirigerci alla nostra prima fermata, il Bangkok Flower Market. Conosciuto localmente come Pak Khlong Talat, è il più grande mercato all'ingrosso di fiori aperto 24/7. Osserva i colorati spettacoli di fiori e produce prima di attraversare il fiume fino alla nostra prossima fermata: Wat Arun.
Situato sulle rive del fiume Chao Phraya, Wat Arun - noto anche come Temple of Dawn - è un tempio indù che prende il nome dal dio del sole Aruna. Famoso per le sue scintillanti guglie colorate viste dalla maggior parte dei punti di vista a Bangkok, passeremo un po 'di tempo qui a visitare i siti gloriosi prima di raggiungere la nostra prossima destinazione.
Conosciuto anche come Tempio del Buddha sdraiato per la sua gigantesca statua di Buddha lunga 46 metri sul lato, Wat Pho è la nostra prossima fermata. Oltre ad ospitare centinaia di immagini di Buddha, Wat Pho è anche considerata una scuola leader nel massaggio tailandese. Hanno anche padiglioni per massaggi nella zona dove offrono massaggi per circa duecento baht.
Dopo aver girovagato per Wat Pho, ci fermeremo per il pranzo in un ristorante locale prima di dirigerci verso Wat Phra Kaew (noto anche come Tempio del Buddha di smeraldo) e al Grand Palace. Un tempo dimora della famiglia reale thailandese e sede del governo, il Grand Palace conserva ancora molti dei suoi splendidi edifici e strutture. All'interno dell'enorme complesso del Grand Palace si trova Wat Phra Kaew, famoso per la venerata statua del Buddha realizzata interamente in giada.
La nostra ultima fermata è Wat Traimit o Tempio del Buddha d'oro. Vedremo il grande 5.5. tonnellate di statua dorata di un Buddha seduto e ammira la bellissima facciata bianca e dorata prima di tornare a Pattaya e al tuo alloggio.

Tour was very organized and our guide Pranee was the best. She was very knowledgeable and nice to tour with.
I strongly recommend against this tour. It is a scam. The guide Kiki barely speaks English. She could address exactly zero questions about the history and culture of Thailand, the main reason why I bought this tour. This is not worth the money and the attitude of the tour management is useless. This is a shameful practice

We enjoyed the Bangkok Temples tour so much! Our Tripguru guide, Nancy was incredibly knowledgable. From the get go she was taking care of us and providing so much current and historical information. We started at the Bangkok flower market, saw the first two temples, then had a lunch break. After lunch we saw the third temple and finally spent a bit of time in Chinatown. It was a long, hot day of walking, but we always had a chance to get more water and used the shade as much as possible. Well, well worth booking this one, you won’t be sorry. Nancy took tons of great pictures of my husband and me. Shout also to our driver who was very competent and also extremely pleasant. Five stars all the way!
